From my first appointment which was about five appointments ago I can tell you by far the best Dentist you would ever meet. Doctor Shapiro and her staff Linda & May are extremely professional. My first impression - I was excited to find such a technically up to date Dentist. Before my first visit was over it was clear to me Doctor Shapiro and her staff not only possesses superb dentistry skills. They understand patients’ needs which (in addition to doing a great job on my teeth) they provide really well. The information they provide and the way it is communicated is so comfortable. Scheduling appointments and billing was easy and well thought-out. I have to tell you the truth. I never dreamed in a million years that I would be saying these words but after my first appointment. I said to my wife “I am looking forward to next week’s dental appointment". I want to thank Doctor Shapiro, May and Linda for all that they have done but for now all I can do is smile.

I barely had my foot in the door and I was greeted with such smiles that I immediately felt at ease. Im not someone who is nervous with the dentist themselves, but with the situation that I have my teeth in is a bit embarrassing and Its not something I like to discuss, so it was just a very warm feeling to walk into. The exam, the xrays (as much as I hate those) were very calm and easy. Dr.Shapiro and Linda are very gentle and are making sure you feel comfortable with everything. The greatest thing is being able to see the treatment plan right in front of you without and surprises. I am glad that I went to her, and I can not wait to get my treatments started. Found the perfect dentist - again. Six years ago our family dentist of 25 years passed away. I spent the interim in search of a dentist that met his standard of quality and care with no success. One Saturday morning while eating breakfast a front tooth broke off. In a panic, I searched the internet and came across Dr. Shapiro. I called her office and to my surprise she saw me within three hours. She temporarily fixed my tooth for the weekend and followed up the following Monday for a more permanent solution. I was so impressed with her caring, attention to detail and her ability to put me at ease that I feel I have finally found the perfect dentist again. Thank you again, Dr. Shapiro!

I have been seeing Dr. Shapiro for my dental care for 20+ years. She is very thorough and attentive, with a one patient at a time philosophy. Dr. Shapiro keeps apprised of the newest dental techniques and materials, and only uses the most durable products on her patients. My fillings have passed the test of time! Her office has a calm and serene atmosphere, and her gentle personality helps even the most dental-phobic patients to be comfortable (my husband who refused to see a dentist for years now sees her regularly). You will be hard-pressed to find another dentist who will provide you with such excellent care!

Thank You Dr. Shapiro. Not only have you helped me overcome my fear of going to the dentist, but also you have helped me get control over my dental health. Your approach to patient care is top-notch. You found my problems and addressed them. Your office is so peaceful (there is such a zen-like quality to the views from the patients chair). Your staff is caring and everyone in your office goes out of their way to make the patient feel comfortable. In short, this was truly the best dental experience of my life. Dear Dr. Shapiro, I just wanted to thank you so very much for actually listening to my concerns and getting it right from the beginning! I know they are only temporary crowns but I actually have my normal facial contours (of which I have not seen in almost 10 years). I know it may not seem like much of a difference to anyone else but I most certainly notice and feel the difference. I can actually phonate words properly! Dr. Shapiro has been my dentist for over 25 years. She is very gentle and concerned with your comfort. She does not use a hygienist, but does cleanings herself. Her office records are all digital, complete with digital x-rays so she can display your information and pictures easily while she discusses her findings and treatment plan with you. I am most impressed by her continually taking courses to keep up with the latest techniques and technologies. I recommend Dr. Shapiro to all my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Dr. Shapiro, especially for those who have dental phobias. I could never have gotten through this process if not for her kindness, patience and true understanding of my fears.
