I was dreading doing my HSG test for weeks, but thanks to doctor Lowry and nurse Janice it was a breeze. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient - everything you would want in a medical team. I arrived at the facility 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was seen almost immediately. The procedure itself only took about five minutes and was completely pain free. My son had his hand x-rayd. Verrazano insisted if I dont hear from them all is fine. A week later I didnt hear from anyone, not even my pediatric doctor which was very unusual. I called my pediatrician who said he never received a report! He called VERRAZANO and sure enough my sons hand had a break! Obviously I go elsewhere for any x-ray etc.

BEWARE!!! THIS IS PART OF THE HOSPITAL!!!! They billed my insurance company for a medical procedure when I went for a MRI. If I went to any other radiology office I wouldve had to pay a $30 copay and not a $200 bill for a medical procedure.
