Dr Khetarpal is great, nice and sweet! Her administrative staff though is terrible, rude and inconsiderate. Due to their lack of communication, I was unable to resolve a conflict with insurance, I get one notice and three days later a call saying they are sending me to collections, for what should have been paid by a an insurance i had last year.

As in most professions, some professionals just go through the motions and work purely for a paycheck. This is not that place! They are enthusiastic about all things dentistry. I went to another place and its almost like comparing a car dealer mechanic to an aviation jet mechanic. Night and day difference!
