2 out of 2 times the prescriptions the office sent didnt make it to the pharmacy, but when I told the doctor today that the first prescription never made it, he gave me another number if they didnt go through this time. They didnt, so I called the number, and the doctor himself answered, well after hours, and took care of it. Ive never had to wait to see the doctor more than 15 minutes, and the staff is always kind to me. The only real problem I have that isnt really fixable is they have recommended me to a specialist who didnt take my insurance, and the second one was pushy and tried to force me into a procedure I didnt want. Too afraid to ask for another referral for Womens health. I would recommend this office itself, specifically Dr. Washington who was wonderful. Just... check to make sure prescriptions go through.

WORST PLACE EVER TO VISIT THE STAFF IS JUST EXTREMELY RUDE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE SO CALLED DOCTOR SUE LEATHERMAN IS TERRIBLE SHE NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. THE POLICY IS JUST COMPLETELY STUPID. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN I HAVE NO CLUE WHY ANY OF THESE PEOPLE STILL HAVE A JOB BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RUDE. DASIY WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE CALL CENTER THEY SAY NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY THIS PERSON HAS NO RESPECT RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL ,VERY IGNORANT AN JUST AMATEUR. I WOULD NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE COME TO VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN WOST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DIRTY DISGUSTING FILTHY SO CALLED PLACE OF BUSINESS

Tried 4 times to call and get ahold of them. I left a message 2 times and never got called back and i waited 20 minutes on the phone, no one ever picked up. Youd think they were the busiest place on earth
