The doctor they used to have there was a complete quack, unprofessional, rude, and Im honestly amazed she had a medical degree at all. She did everything from blaming intestinal pain on my skin color and hips, to telling me that Pepto-Bismol was a strong laxative, to prescribing me medication for diabetics that can cause severe nervous system issues when Im not diabetic at all! When I dared to file a complaint about her, I received a very nasty lecture, and then a letter dropping me as her patient (which Im confused about, as according to the State Medical Board, my complaint was supposed to be kept confidential, but somehow she quoted it back to me verbatim during her abusive tirade.) She was obviously bad enough for the State Medical Board to investigate her, so not being able to see her anymore was no great loss. However, even though that doctor no longer works there, Im not allowed to see any other doctors in the building. Petty, and a shame, because the male NP there now is amazing. Hes a five star medical professional in a one star office.

Terrible medical service - actually NO service at all. Went in for an ear infection - got treatment - Dr. says if this antibiotic doesnt work, call me and I will get you something stronger. Called 10 days later because infection was still there - then they wont call anything stronger in, but have no hours to see you. Then 14 days after that still not better called for an appointment on day off - no Dr. in the office on Fridays. Called Monday to get in for appointment - no appointments today - actually all booked up for the rest of the week. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A DRS OFFICE IF THEY CAN STAFF THE PLACE AND TREAT SICK PEOPLE!!!!!?????? Also, no evening hours available!!
