I went to a local dentist in Murfreesboro about a month ago because I have broken one of my crowns. After going to him and giving me a price, and that was not even including pulling the tooth to where I will have to have a bridge put in. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. So I called a few offices around the area and I ran across Smith Dental. from that moment on after the conversion that I had with Steve I have never in my life felt so at ease and comfortable every! They not only took me in that day to see me but they did everything that I needed done. Pull the bad tooth and take the two crowns off and put a temp on and got me out of the office in one trip. AWESOME!!!!!!All I have to say is that Dr. Gray and her staff is the best I have ever seen and been too. Misty was the BEST!! and believe me I have had a lot of dental work done and she was so AWESOME. Even Dr. Smith, when he had to come over and help when they getting my tooth out because it had broken. I would recommend Smith Dental to everyone. And Yes lets not forget Megan , She handle the billing right on the spot. (Just make sure you water that Ochre once a week) I have found my dentist from this point forward. Thanks again for your awesome service and treatment of me. And for you people that are wanting to know about the price, between the dentists. Im not a going to the dentist type of person, honestly I fear the dentist from my past experiences and terrible procedures. But my experience at Smiths Dental has been the best Ive ever encountered in my 30+plus years. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very polite. The techs always make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during every procedure.They also explain every step(step by step) and they make sure youre 100% comfortable during your procedure. I thank them for all they do and for loving their jobs because it has made my fear turn into admiration and the up most respect.

This is honestly the best dental office in the Nashville-Metropolitan area. It operates as a full service office offering general, cosmetic, and orthodontic services. Its basically a one stop shop for all of your dental needs and thats unparalleled to many other dentistry locations. The aesthetic atmosphere of the office is calming and inviting. The staff members are extremely friendly , professional, and well-educated on their respective crafts. I have received spectacular service at Smith Dental and would HIGHLY recommend any of their locations.

I have been on the phone all morning trying to get a emergency walk in appointment. I think I called about 10 different locations and nobody would even offer some kind of help. As soon as I called Smith Dental they were very friendly and found a way to get something available the same day. I really appreciate this and they will be my first choice of dentist from now on. My previous experience with a dentist was not good at all and as an adult I developed a fear of going to the dentist. The staff at Smith Dental and Dr. Gray listened to me, cared about my concerns and did everything possible to alleviate my fears and make my experience a pleasant one. This place is amazing. Dr. Gray and her team stayed almost 2 hours after close repairing my front six teeth. I cant put into words how grateful I am. If youre considering dental care options, I highly recommend you make an appointment with these guys. You wont be disappointed.

Wonderful experience!!! They treat you like family. Love this dentist! I have been going here for over 6 months, between getting teeth pulled to getting braces they know what they are doing! At anytime if your nervous they will make you feel soooo comfortable!!!
