The people there are super nice. A crown they had made last June had CRACKED. THEY SAID IT HAD A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY. They made me an appointment and I went in. They cut the broken crown off. They made a temporary. They said to wait 30 minutes before eating. This was after 2 pm and I had not had lunch. I went shopping for an hour and then went to eat at KFC. I was careful not to bite down on the temporary crown. It broke to pieces. I went back to Aspen Dental ( basically across the street) . I waited and they eventually called me back and made another temporary crown. all this occurred on a Wednesday. Thursday night I was carefully eating a cheeseburger. The temporary crown came off. I was able to save it. Friday morning I called and they said come in. They were really nice during the entire ordeal. the dental tech glued the crown back on for me. The dentist said they would not put another temporary on. If this one came off I would have to go without until the permanent crown came in and even then they would not warranty it. They tried to blame the crown failure on me grinding my teeth. Obviously the temporary that failed after an hour did not fail due to me grinding my teeth. Neither did the one that only lasted a day. I hope they dont try to blame my teeth grining for their labs poor workmanship. I live 30 miles away.

when I called in 4 my appointment I was told how much my procedure would cost $68.00. I just needed a crown cemented back on. my appointment was for 10:30. I got there @ 11:45 to fill out whatever forms was needed. I was informed that my bill would be 128.00. Thought I had the money I wondered about other people who had less income then I. I was informed at that point that I was in need of x-rays which added to the cost. Thats understandable though it would be nice to know when I made the appointment what all the cost would be. So I proceeded to wait. @ 11:30 I had to ask the receptionist if she knew how soon I would be seen since my appointment was for 10:30. I know theres going to be a wait but let me know ahead if you are behind schedule. 10mins after that I was called back. The whole process, x-rays and recementing of the crown, only took about 15 to 20mins if that. However I didnt get out of there till 12:30. Last year when I came the wait was minimal so I guess they spoiled me.

I suppose Ill be the drop in the bucket. I called Aspen to set up an initial dental examination and provided all of the required insurance information. When I showed up for the appointment(some 3 weeks later), I was told that the practice does not accept the type of insurance I have. Mistakes happen, whatever, but the front desk told me that this was, by far, not the first time this has happened. This company books patients without regard for their insurance coverage, even if it means turning patients away after weeks of waiting. 10/10 would use my sick time to not get the care I need /s

The staff was very friendly but the price they gave me was way more than I did expect 6,??? More and the x ray machine was awful had to retry a few to many times it was awful and while I was there I heard a man complain about his payment and another man had bad experience, it seemed as though they broke his tooth while pulling another and charged him to fix it so I looked up reviews but think I may hunt elsewhere.

Since day one I have had the best care and service. The staff is so friendly and caring. Ive never been to a dentist with such caring people before. They make you feel very calm and have a great sense of humor. They went above and beyond to take care of me when I had an emergency after I had my oral surgery and could not get my bottom partials out. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends.

I have been getting my dental work done here for around a year now. I dont have any complaints and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I recently took my mother for a consultation for a procedure and she could not stop mentioning how nice, professional, and helpful Misty Damron and her team were. Highly recommended!

The most courteous people, kind and gentle. Explains every step to you so you dont worry or panic. Especially one amazing lady there named Crystal. Shes so happy and bouncy. Always smiling and making you feel comfortable. I forgot her last name though lol LOVE THIS DENTIST OFFICE! so caring here

It was a bad all the girls were nice very pretty and they made my blood pressure go up but other than that they were all professional train they were very polite very nice very outgoing and I couldnt ask for any better people they were sweet so if I had to rate them.I five them a 10.

The very latest techniques and technology. And a very tight staff that wasnt too focused on business to forget smiling and laughing. A unique place, and one my wife and I will always enjoy going to. Even if some pain is unfortunately involved (pain is my fault - lazy brushing)!

Called for a cleaning. What I got was lots of Xrays and consulation. That is not what I was told on the phone. Tried to sell me dentures and other proceedures that I did not ask for. Just wanted my teeth cleaned! Dentist was very nice and informative. Hygentist no!

My first visit to the Tullahoma office was excellent. 5 stars out of 5. Everyone from reception to xrays to hygenist to doctor to business manager were all first class and very helpful and well qualified. My experience could not have been any better. Great job.

Had to talk to an operator who had no clue and could not help me with any of my issues. I highly do not recommend if you need emergency dental even though there website says emergency services. They still want me to wait a week even though I am in extreme pain

My hygienist Crystal is wonderful! She does a very good job and is so kind and lovely. I did not get to see the dentist however. I was there for 1 hour and 25 minutes and I had another appointment so I had my teeth cleaned and then had to leave.
