I took my 3 year old son to Fast Pace because I believed he had an ear infection. He in fact, did have an ear infection and the doctor who saw him prescribed ear drops and Tamiflu because she suspected he might have a touch of flu as well. Our insurance hadnt kicked in yet so we had to pay $400.00 out of pocket for these prescriptions which is fine if thats what he needs. We called Fast Pace back a few days after he was seen because his ear started to drain fluid and we were afraid the eardrum had burst. They said that drainage didnt mean the eardrum had burst necessarily but they were wrong! A week later, his ear is still running and hes just not acting right so we took him to a pediatric office in Nashville. The doctor said his eardrum had burst, he didnt need the expensive ear drops because there are cheaper alternatives and he required amoxicillin which the Fast Pace doctor refused to prescribe after we asked. The Nashville doctor was visibly frustrated with the care we received at Fast Pace. Ill never go back there again. How can a doctor get it that wrong? I dont understand.

"Fast Pace" Urgent Care definitely isnt a good name for this Urgent Care; I think "Turtle Pace" or "Sloth Pace" is more fitting. There was one person ahead of me in waiting room. I waited about 20 minutes in waiting room and then waited for over an hour in my individual screening room. I heard lots of talk at the desks of what they were ordering for lunch, etc. I dont know if it was bad time of day (11am )...or if country life is just this much slower? The PA was nice, just not effective on time. Office is new and clean, so gave it 2 stars

The New NP that took Lanas Place is self centered and non caring. She has no chair side manner and doesnt listen to the patient. She constantly interrupts and doesnt know her job. I have severe PTSD and she made it worse. Trust is a big part of a dr./ patient relationship and she blew that out of the water. I am searching for a new doctor due to the severe anxiety and depression that she has made worse. She doesnt need to be around people with her attitude and smart mouth. The staff that left were awesome and the few that stayed are great.

I have been here myself as a patient and have also brought my son . It is new and clean but definitely NOT FAST. When I say that twice we have been the only patients in the place and still 2 hrs for a routine visit no labs or xrays. Coming from someone who worked at an urgent care facility for over 5 years this is not acceptable

I love the doctor she was sweet and friendly Lana.. is the doctor here.. I had a fever blister she didnt treat me horrible like an diesase and she made me feel like her best friend.. AMAZING doctor and made sure I left with mediciation!!
