I loved it! The service is time efficient and the entire staff is extremely friendly. Kristen did my cleaning. Shes probably one of, if not the, nicest hygienists Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and explaining everything to me in a clear and understandable manner. Dr. Steineker did my fillings, assisted by a nice young lady whose name unfortunately escapes me (I believe it was Karra?). Dr. Steineker is extremely personable and did everything he could to make me comfortable during the procedure. We even talked football lol. He articulated everything he planned to do clearly. Overall I had an amazing experience there. Ive been to see some bad dentists, but thankfully Dr. Steineker is not among them. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Before I worked at Steineker and Dillon I was a patient myself. The immediate smiles I received when I walked in the door that continued throughout my whole visit changed my outlook on going to the Dentist. I was no longer dreading it, but looking forward to my six month visits because of how friendly, kind, and knowledgeable everyone in the office was. Fast forward almost two years and I am so thankful to be a part of the team! Now I know from both sides as a patient and employee how truly wonderful of an office we have, and how wonderful our patients are. I am constantly thankful for the group of people I work with, and our great patients because it makes coming into work so enjoyable!

I have been going to this group for over 20 years. That says it all. Even though Dr. Dillon is my main dentist, I dont mind at all seeing Dr. Steineker if for some reason Dr. Dillon isnt available. They are both friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Krystal is my hygienist and has been for years. She is also sweet, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I think of her as a friend as well as my hygienist. If it wasnt for the thought of "going to the dentist" I would almost look forward to my visits. This group also gives back to the community by giving free cleaning once or twice a year to those who cant afford to pay.

The staff at Steineker and Dillon are so inviting and welcoming. My hygienist, Kristen, was so attentive, caring, and gentle. She really put me at ease. She listened to my concerns and was so understanding. Also, both of the dentists there are absolutely amazing. They are so compassionate, caring, and kind. This office was extremely wonderful! The entire staff is absolutely the best staff all around whether its dental, physician, whatever I really felt welcomed and taken care of! I tried to cancel an appointment that I had due to something coming up. Lilly was very rude while explaining to me that there had been a change to policy. My thing is if there is a change you should let your patients know before it takes effect. How can you charge me $25 for canceling but did not inform me of policy. Her demeanor and tone was very unprofessional.

Everyone in that office is wonderful! Twice now Ive been for a cleaning that turned into what needed to be a second procedure that could have easily been scheduled for another day resulting in more time off work, but Dr. Steineker was able to take care of me right then. I so appreciate that! Ive never waited in the lobby more than 5 minutes. Great great staff.
