I am not one to place Google reviews as I know what reviews mean to the businesses and those that read them. Although I feel that I need to express my opinion in a public forum. This facility is awful! My loved one was admitted to this facility because of a significant problem. Upon admission they completed moderate testing, the standard starting point tests. The tests gave no diagnosis, and for 5 days no additional tests were completed but the specialists threw around quite a few frightening theories. Unfortunately as with most small facilities the specialists dont dictate the patient care, everything is mediated through the hospitalist assigned to the patient. A hospitalist is a bit of a joke. If there is any lack of communication from the specialist the assigned doctor makes the decisions, please remember these assigned doctors work for the hospital and are not specialists. The communication is awful, actually there is none. In speaking to a patient advocate I was told the hospitalist would call me; well she did and proceeded to ask me if I had any real questions? When I asked questions she didnt like; actually couldnt answer, she told me she was ending the call and hung up on me. Calling the patient advocate back the following evening to discuss further testing that was supposed to be completed and was not, I was told that a specialist would be calling me to go over things after he was done with a meeting and clinic, probably about an hour. Well it is 5 hours from the time that conversation was completed; guess what? Surpise......no call, no tests, no procedures, no doctors. Patient still sitting there, no diagnosis! However the patient was finally given a nicotine patch, that was so kind. This is sad, just sad. Please save your loved ones the pain and fear of the unknown, the horrible lack of communication throughout the care team, and hospitalists with no tolerance for upset family, no bedside manner, and complete inability to facilitate patient care. They dont need patient advocates they need facilitators for the doctors, coordinators for the facilitators, and they need to do away with their "God complex". A degree does not make you a doctor. This facility seems to be filled with degrees but definitely not doctors. Please seek care elsewhere. I have experienced many facilities and unfortunately this is the worst! I can only hope that I can continue to advocate for my loved one and be a thorn in their side to ensure that proper care and communication is provided for now. I will not allow my complaints to fall on deaf ears. This wont end here. Update.......if I could place a 0 star review I would! The scenario here just keep getting worse. My loved one finally had a procedure today to try to diagnose the issues. He was anesthetized, and my mother waited in the surgical waiting room. Upon the completion of the procedure Dr. Jane approached her and said "well didnt see any cancer", before she could ask any question he turned his back to her and walked away with no diagnosis or reason for the significant problem hes been having. Dr.luma (spelling) hospitalist, Dr. Ting (nephrologist) and Dr. Jane (urologist) have all been involved in his care. He has spent 6 days in the hospital with a urinary catheter in for significant bleeding and passing large blood clots through the urinary tract a foley catheter was placed and has been in a tremendous pain. There are still no answers and complete incompetence, lack of communication, and horrible bedside manner in addition to a complete lack of obtaining or maintaining a doctor patient relationship. If these doctors come to see you if you have no other choice other than to use this facility RUN! I am totally dumbfounded to the lack of care, communication, and compassion provided by these so-called doctors. If this facility were the last on earth and my dog needed care I wouldnt take him here. Please people do your research. I thought I did and have found out the hard way. If you care about yourself or a loved one there are other options.

RI you dont have a lawsuit on your hands. The point of the ER is to diagnose an EMERGENCY not to diagnose a miscarriage if that is indeed what happened. It does seem like you got questionable service since they seemed to diagnose you before they did any tests to rule out other issues. As for reviewing your ultrasound.. the ER doctor is not an OB. He is not specialized in recognizing normal pregnancy concerns. Most likely what happened is that the ultrasound was reviewed the next morning by one of the OBs. That isnt unheard of. ANYWAY, I have had both good and bad experiences at this er. Overall they have been pleasant. The PA or doctor I see is usually pretty nice and I havent ever been brushed off or ignored. But I am also very vocal and ask questions and I am not afraid to say what is on my mind if they are going a direction that I dont agree with. I am writing this review, however, in regards to the visit my boyfriend had the other night. He woke up at 245a with SEVERE ear pain. We took him to WV since it is close to our home. There was no wait. It was a ghost town there. We were checked in, vitals checked, and sitting with the PA within 10 minutes. He listened to my bfs complaint, took one look in his ear and went "wow I see why you are in so much pain" and diagnosed him with a severe middle ear infection. He gave us a prescription for antibiotics, vicodin and a referral to an ENT because of the severity of the infection. He also gave him a work excuse note for the next day after we explained that his job would be hard to do if he is all loopy from vicodin. We were discharged and out of there within 30 minutes. It was the quickest er visit ever. I know part of it was due to the nature of his complaint (ear infections are easy to diagnose) but it was nice to be treated so promptly and courteously.

I was seen in the Er last night I think this was the worst service ever at a hospital. I came in the Er because I have been have pelvic pains for almost three weeks I have a history of cyst in my on my ovaries and I explained all my symptoms to the dr and he put the statoscope on my heart then back then stomach he then said you have stomach acid that is causing this WOW HE DIAGONOSED ME IN 2 SECs. When I first arrived they asked for a pee sample and to put it in the pink bucket on the counter next to the RNs I did. the doc then asked me if I did a sample and I told him yes he said ok we will test it to be sure(AFTER THIS CONVO THE RN CAME IN 4 TIMES ASKING ME TO ME AND EACH TIME I SAID I SET MY PEE ON THE COUNTER MY PEE SET THERE FOR A WHOLE HOUR) I then explain to him that I wanted them to check my ovaries and he said I dont think there is a problem but ok I got an ultrasound and they found excessive amount of fluid in my pelvic area and I was preg. from the ultrasound results they then tell me I was about 6 to 7wks and I will need to follow up with a obgyn. The Rn then came to give me meds and said can I see your rest band OH BUT GUESS WHAT THEY DIDNT GIVE ME ONE. They sent me home with in 1 and 15mins I would have been done in five if i didnt say anything. The next morning I received a vm from the ER dr and he explained that they went over my ultra sound and that it seem the baby might be alive due to my blood flow no heartbeat or flutter and that the sack may be empty???????????He explains that it is urgent that I see a OB ASAP to follow up. But WHY DIDNT THEY REVIEW THIS LAST NIGHT WHY ARE THE DR DELAYING REVIEWING PATIENTS CHARTS TO AFTER THEY LEAVE I dont understand this is the worst hospital in Arizona I will advise you not to go here at all. I may have a law suit on my hands.
