they are great and really care for animals. if they are unsure of a spacific problem they will send you to who probably will but for the most part they figure out what is wrong. They are not rude at all. the other person who said they were rude cant spell and doesnt appear to be to literate and understanding of most things.

We have been with Dr. Mackey for 25 years. He cried when we had to put our 17 year old doxie to sleep. He is very knowledgeable and so often does not have to do tests to find out what is causing a problem because he has seen it before.

Dr Mackey and the staff are fantastic! My kids have 3 Yorkies and they get the best care possible at BBPH. Everyone was especially helpful in getting us through the treatment/ paperwork to take one of the boys on vacation to Hawaii!

Run. Since Dr. Macky has taken over this wonderful vet clinic has gone to pieces. He has unhappy staff and needs to go back to vet school to learn even the most basic things as in checking animals boarded for fleas. RIRUN!!

This is by far the best vet I have ever had. The staff is always wonderful and the doctors give so much love to your animals. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.

I love the Doctors and staff. Ive taking my dogs and turtle and the Vets are great. They even meet you in the lobby and sit and talk. The prices are great.
