After much consideration I picked Pro Pet based on total satisfaction of other posters and the fact that they are dedicated to spay and neuter. On Friday I dropped off my 11mo. (white) yellow Lab early on my way to work. She walked into the clinic without hesitation. Staff was very courteous and informative. About noon Randy called and said things went well and that she was resting comfortably. Picked her up about 2:30 and headed home. She whimpered some but laid quietly on the blanket in the back seat. Understandably she was a little confused and not sure of the lampshade around her neck. We got her settled in her large crate to sleep. She got her pain pills later ate a small amount of kibble with peanut butter and a few sips of water and slept thru the night. Saturday morn I walked her outside to potty which she did but with a little hesitation. She drank some water and then came in ready to eat with tail wagging. She has not exhibited any sign of pain or discomfort except for the collar. As a very active young lady she is ready for play and attention but she still has to rest and heal. Monday the clinic did a followup call as they said they would."She is doing fine with no problems," Tuesday evening now and will have her last pain pill soon though I think she is past the need. Thanks to the Doctor and staff Pearl is healing rapidly. Sorry for the long post, just wanted to post step by step.

Found via a google search for a low cost spay and neuter clinic. I called on a Wednesday and was given an appointment for Friday. I could not be happier with the quality of customer service I received from every person with whom I came in contact. Every employee seemed very knowledgable and comfortable with animals and genuinely caring. My dog is 9 years old and a rescue. I was a bit nervous at first. Everything was a complete success. This is one high class low cost clinic!

I am a self rescue. I get every dog/cat fixed that i can. I love this place for always being there for me. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. They are also very accommodating. They follow up the day after on all the pets and always call the day before to remind me of the dos and donts. I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to do so. These people really care for the animals.

Dont believe the hours posted for sat. I had called ahead at 3:30 pm got the machine twice still got there before 4 pm on 8/6/16 was tapping on the door woman inside said No . I said hey its not 4 pm yet. She went out the back. Maybe she was a volunteer or doing community service or hot date with st.Bernard ? I guess low cost means low service now .wasnt like this a year ago.

Best bang for your buck! Great customer service. Clean and professional. You wont find a local vet that will fix your pet for such a low price with antibiotics anesthesia and the pre-operation examination included in the price. They also gave my kitty three vaccinations and cut her nails. For the price I paid I feel like I got away like a bandit! Five stars for Pro pet fix!

I usually dont write reviews but this time I had to. I love this place. They take very well care of animals here. I brought my dog for neuter with no problems. Thry even went ahead and called the next day to make sure my Milo was doing well. I had also bought Vectra and they applied it on for me to show me how to do it. I would bring him here for all his needs if I could.

I was pleasently surprised how easy and economic getting vaccinations here. I walked in with no appointment. They greeted me and my pug Bruin. I asked for the vaccination and they made me an account. They didnt have any hidden fees or unnecessary procedures like other vets. I was in and out in 5 minutes. This is where I will be going for my dogs vaccinations from now on!

I was impressed by the professional service of Pro Pet Fix! I had my doxie mix spayed and micro chipped there. They called to remind me of my appointment and did a follow up call as well to see how my dog was feeling. Her incision is so small and neat. The pain pills they gave me helped her for three days following the procedure. Thank you Pro Pet Fix.

My wife and I take our pets here exclusively, now. We love this place. Serena and the location MGR (sorry, cant remember his name) really seem to care about the animals you bring in. Their prices for services are the best we have seen.

I got my dog spayed here. Everything went great! It was painful to watch her recover, but after a week she was back to normal. No complications. The whole ordeal cost me just over $100. Other vets quoted me $400+!
