We have been taking our pets to tri-City pet hospital for 13 years. We first brought our turtle who needed his shell repaired. We ended up having three turtles repaired in one year! From then we have had many dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and reptiles go to Tir-City for care. For one vaccination appointment we went to the shot clinic with four cats and three dogs, all at once! The staff have always been kind and caring. The vets are amazing and knowledgeable. Our cat had a long-term illness and the staff treated her like their own. I especially appreciate Dr. Rodriguez very human approach. It is evident in the way he cares for our pets that he loves animals and truly wants to give them the best care possible, and when it is time to let go, the gentlest passing possible. I can no longer count how many pets we have taken to Tri-City for their traetment, care, and vaccinations but I can count the number of times I have been disapointed or unhappy with their care and servvice - NONE!!! I overhwlmingly recomment Tri-City to any pet owner whose pets are like their family.

I love Tri City Pet Hospital. Ive been taking my chihuahua here since he was 4 months old (hes now 10 years old!) and theyve taken such good care of him. They have a beautiful and very clean facility. They give great one on one service. Ive never had a problem making an appointment & they never leave me waiting longer than a couple of minutes for appointments. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I get postcard reminders of vaccines my little one needs every year. Whenever my little one has any procedure or anything done, they always call to follow up & see how hes doing. I love their concern & attention. My favorite is Dr. Rodriguez; he has great bedside manner and is always very patient & gentle. He is also thorough but rational with his diagnosis of problems. Even though its a 30 minute drive for me and theyre a little more expensive than an average, smaller vet, I will continue to use Tri City because theyre the best and definitely worth it.

The negative comments on here are completely false. I used to take my puppy to Banfield & after having a horrible experience after the other I decided to try Orange Olive in Orange who then recommended Tri-City because since I live in Brea they are closer to me. Everytime I have gone in or been the naggy customer who calls for every little thing Tri City has always been helpful & kind. They have never given me the run around on prices & have given me discounts when I take care of a few things at a time. The staff is amazing & for a complete bitchy customer like me to like them says a lot. I dont believe every review I read because some places pay people to write them so beware of that too when u check reviews. I hate writing them for this reason but like I said considering I am a bitchy & hard to please customer I think u should consider my opinion & at least check the place out.

I came here because my regular vet was closed for the day. Dr. Jung is condescending and lacks any sort of "bedside manner". When I suggested what I thought the issue was, I was told that could not possibly be the issue. Waited much too long to be given an insanely padded quote for treatment w/several shots, etc. that were unnecessary and completely unrelated to why I was there. I will never bring one of my animals here for treatment again. UPDATE: Went to my regular vet. The total cost there was less than half what I was quoted at Tri-City despite usually costing a little more than most. The issue was what I thought it to be, despite being dismissed by Jung. Worst experience I have ever had with a vet. Steer clear of this place.

We started bringing our 2 dogs to Tri-City when we needed immediate vaccinations so we could board our dogs when a family emergency arose. The front desk was so helpful and got us in that same day. We met with Dr. Rodriguez and fell in love. He is such a kind and caring person. He listened to our concerns and personally called us with follow up information when a blood test came back "funky." Since that time our Kai has been diagnosed with Cushings Disease and began treatment. Again, Dr. Rodriguez followed up with us, gave us a clear understanding of the situation and made sure we understood. Weve never felt rushed with him. Obviously I cant say enough about the care our 2 maniac dogs have received at this location.

Ive tried many vets around the city of Fullerton, and Tri-City Pet Hospital has been my best experience yet. They practice good medicine here. Not to mention they saved my dear pets life when he accidentally ingested rat poison. Thank goodness for this place. Their doctors are thorough in their practices, and the staff/management is incredibly kind and friendly. I would recommend this hospital first and foremost to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to care for their animals. My pet will have a dental here this week, and if all goes well, this will be my go-to vet!

i have had animals my entire life and i have NEVER been to a place where i talked to the vet for more than 5 min and then the vet tech took over .... this is an exception however, the people there are extremely nice and the vet was amazing! she was so nice to my cat and she answered all my questions, even gave me answers to questions that i didnt even ask! not to mention i didnt have to wait forever to see her which is always a plus! i will never go to another vet again no matter where i move to. all around awesome place!

Poor understanding of animal helth. Waste of time. Forcing people to pay for vaccines that are no longer necessary for pets of the area. When asked to talk to management got no helpful information was short and rude. When we spent 2 hours trying to work with them. Manager threatened to call the cops when to remove us when he could not get us to pay for unneeded vaccination and exams just to board her for the day. A Deceving con. Will not wish my worst enemys pet to have to be seen here. Thanks for nothing!

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been coming to this vet for over 5 years and they are very friendly, calming, and informative. The doctors dont rush you. They take their time to answer each of your questions so that you feel comfortable with the information they are giving you. The wait time is always reasonable and they are efficient. They truly care about each animal and they are always gentle with my pup. I cant say enough nice things about Tri-City Pet Hospital.

The people here are amazing. My dog has needed multiple surgeries and the procedure went perfectly each time. They are pricey but they will work with you and give you options on what you want to pay for. I move to Long Beach and I still drive out here to see them. They are great for the more serious medical stuff and helping your dog in any way possible, but the vaccines are a little expensive so dont feel bad if you want to go to a clinic for those.
