I gave it a 1 star because there isnt 0 stars, they dont deserve any stars. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My husband went there about 2 yrs ago. Was told that he needed a lot of work done. He believed it because he had not been in a dentist in a long time. Dr. Moheb extracted couple teeth and referred him to another Orthopedics in Vacaville. They set the appointment date and my husband took the day off because they told him that he could not go to work after the procedure. My husband called that morning to confirm the appointment only to find out that he was not on the schedule and that even if he was on the schedule the doctor was not in. They reschedule his appointment to a week later and was told that if he missed his appointment he would be charge a NO SHOW FEE. 2 days later he gets a call from them letting him know that he had missed his appointment and that he had to pay the No show fee. This was on a Friday. On Monday my husband gets a call from Care Credit to notify him that he had gone past his credit limit. Thats when he found out that Dr. Moheb had charged his care credit card the full procedure amount even without providing him with the services. My husband called Dr. Moheb to ask why they charged him the full amount and Dr. Moheb got very aggressive over the phone and threatened him that he was going to take him to court because he didnt work for free. My husband disputed the charges with Care Credit and they refunded his account. Today 3/22/16 we received an invoice of $1800....really? ?

If you can afford to go to another dental office, please do. I got my wisdom teeth pulled here and it was the worst dental experience of my life. I had to get transferred to Martinez because the Pittsburg location scheduled my extraction date when the oral surgeon wasnt coming in and didnt tell me until the day before. Instead of having a 3 minute drive home on the back roads, I had a 20 minute drive home on the freeway fresh from surgery. I was administered nitrous gas before the procedure but they hooked me up to an empty tank and didnt change it until well after I complained and even had a hard time breathing. After the procedure the oral surgeon proceeded to write me a prescription for pain medications but forgot to write the strength on the prescription, which I did not know until I got back to Pittsburg. The staff was very rude and unfriendly when I confronted them with my problem, even when driving all the way back to Martinez. The staff even smirked and look at each other when I tried to explain through a stitched up and gauzed mouth how I needed the pain medications as soon as possible because the shots were wearing off and I could feel the incisions where my teeth used to be. I was in extreme pain and almost in tears when I finally got my pain medications over four hours after the procedure. Im surprised this business is still running.

WOW! What a surprise...I walked in curious what the new sign was all about "Alhambra Dental Group" to find that WD sold the office to a new dentist. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my questions regarding my denture being supported by implants. I am glad to call this my new dental office and encourage everyone to do the same!!

This is the worse dentist Ive ever been to I feel like she hate my teeth when she do cleaning for it, its harsh & painful ! My gum bleeded for two whole days ! Please, just dont take your kids here, or else theyll develope a scare & hatred for dentists

I gave them a 1 star rating because the reception area was nice . Thats where I turned around and walked out . Thank goodness for that . I thiught I may be insane to sign some of the release waivers they request my signiture on.

My appointment was at 4pm, got out at 7:30pm. They closed at 6pm! The dentist was rushing my cleaning and was extremely painful!!!! Do not go here!!!!! All they want is your money. Never coming back.

Just a quick note - theres a big pizza sign showing up in the Google Street View that DOES NOT exist now. Dont look for the Western Dental office by using the big red pizza sign as a landmark!

rushed painful cleaning and they didnt even do anything, my teeth are the same color as i went in, only difference is now my gums itch and hurt. Do not go here
