Never let Khuu do any test on your skin before you make sure you can afford the price or your insurance covers the skin test. By the way, Khuu himself doesnt perform the test (seems like him cannot), he will send the test to other very expensive doctors without notifying you anything. He would say everything would be covered by your insurance, and then you still receive bills with very expensive prices. I dont doubt his professions, but he would exaggerate and give medicines doesnt work at all. And here is more, after I paid the bill. The representative is really "helpful" to collect you payment information, but after that he is unwilling to answer any questions that is unrelated to the clinic. Remember I said Khuu sent my tissue to another doctor? I didnt receive bill from that doctor so I just ask him to confirm it, but he said "sorry I dont know, sorry" even before I finished my question...

Average service. Rude after appointment....random bills showed up for tests I never asked for or even received results from. His office sent tests to labs for things I didnt want done and to out of network providers then did nothing about it when I was surprised with a bill in the mail. Find a doctor who treats their customers right....dont waste your time and money on Duke.

Great medically, but billing/insurance... They dont seem to know what you the patient should expect later. It would be cool if the people who do this for a living could give me an idea what this will cost me. Just be prepared to pay.

This Dr and practice is a scam trying to make money selling their products and getting patients to come back for sham checkup appointments .; do your research and read reviews, stay away.
