Went in for vaccinations and micro chipping and a visit with the vet as I had a new dog. He spent about 3 minutes with me ($38.00), told me the age of the dog and asked if I had any questions. I told him the dog was new to me and asked him to examine him (heart, etc.). He did not give me much information after examining except that the dog was 2 years old. When I went to pay I was informed that I needed to come back for booster shots ($32.00 more) and that I had to register the chip ($19.99 more after being told it would be $54.00 total). Staff was exceptionally rude. My dog had a rabies shot. I asked for the tag and they would not give it to me until I asked the vet about it. He said I did not need the tag or the certificate. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS VET!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Personal top notch service every time Ive taken my Rottweiler in for annual check-up since he was 8 weeks old. Last year, I went in for his vaccination on his birthday, which turned out to be too soon. The vet waive all charges usually associated with the visit, gave the dog a clean Bill of health, and instructed me to bring him back in a couple of months, at which time his vaccinations will be necessary. He went on to explain that there is no reason for I to be charged today and again in 2 months for scheduled vaccination renewal. Saved a considerable expense and yet received the clean Bill of health for his license renewal.

Wonderful patient staff with caring doctors (father and son). Your animals will be in the best care! Been coming here for years and take my dog and three cats who are difficult to deal with but they do a fantastic job and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet. Most recently took my kitty Moustachio here who is an outdoor feral kitty and they were gentle, patient, took all approaches to help him and sent us home very informed about our options. Lucky this place is close to where I live but if it wasnt I would travel to take my pets here.

This is the vet I use for my cats, the two vets are great and have taken good care of my animals for the last 5 years. Their cost is better many of the vets around here and their practice is very capable and well staffed. They have always accommodated my urgent needs and promptly filled out my insurance paperwork as well as approve online medication orders. On top of that they know their limitations and have referred us to specialists that were just as great. This is the place to take your pets.

We have 2 frenchies which arent cheap to take care of. We been through 7 Vets & we always felt like we were getting scammed, literally they would always start off with the highest priced solution. But, ever since being referred to "Piedmont Hills animal hospital", its the 1st time that we felt the Vet actually cared about our animals. Thank you for the great service

Extremely helpful and sympathetic. Our first experience was unfortunately putting our dog down. They were incredibly caring throughout the process, even sent a card a few days later to check in. Above and beyond. Needless to say we made them our new vet when we got our new puppy.
