THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! They used our pets life to gain financially. We brought our cat in for her left eye to be removed because it was damaged from a foxtail. After the surgery everything seemed normal she just seemed super doped up.. after keeping the protective cone on and never missing the oh so important antibiotic her eye didnt seem to get any better. it seemed like it just opened back up so we brought her in for more stitches and repeated this process 4 times. things started getting worse. she was basically bleeding constantly, lost 8 lbs, and was no longer able to eat due to her tongue strangely hanging out permanently. she was lifeless just sleeping and bleeding her life away , so we bring her in for yet another check up and they said they were able to try one more method and if that didnt help that was the last resort.. i wish i could explain the look on his face when he told me, dead eyes, like it was some line he said 20 times a day. and the last method he spoke of was stuffing her eye socket with gauze dipped in some antiseptic and told me to come back in three days. it seemed to stop the bleeding for a couple hours but nothing changed. we were so heart broken having to watch her everyday lose weight and not even move to eat. she was giving up and she didnt deserve to feel any pain, so they suggested a complimentary surgery to try to fix it but if she couldnt make it they would put her to sleep on the table so we made the tough decision to put her to sleep. after the shot was given i couldnt let go i needed a minute to cry and spend with her, but dr.singh insisted that i move so he could do his job (busy night) again no remorse or even a fake sad face. then they ask if i need a plastic trash bag to take her home in?.. PLEASE STAY AWAY, i mean just walk in and youll know what i mean. the smell is like death. dogs and cats are not separated , all you hear is dogs squealing.. how could that stress of being near barking dogs be good on your recovering cat? in the main examination room the tables are dirty with all kinds of dog and cats hair and even blood splatters on the way and floor. i hope this review helps anyone make a decision before risking your precious animal to the greed and filth of the singh family business. Horrible place. My dog, who is a small chihuahua terrier mix, was attacked by a Pitbull months ago. My family took her here because they had all of her paperwork and information. My dog stayed here for 4 days. They didnt charge me or my family the first night, but charged when THEY suggested that she stay with them longer to "make sure she was okay." Keep in mind that I came in to visit her after her surgeries and she seemed fine other than the fact that she was groggy from the anesthesia. After night 2, they said that she wasnt eating and they wanted to keep her again to ensure that she was okay. And I thought, "okay. Fine. Lets make sure shes okay." Night 3, they said that I could come by and take her home. FINALLY. But no, when my brother and dad came in to get her, they said shes staying one more night. My dad, being very short tempered, came in the next day and said that hes taking her home now. And after everything, the surgeries, the medications, and the overnight stays, we paid them over $1,000. My family was FURIOUS. Once my dog was home, we tried feeding her and she was eating a lot. An entire can of wet dog food in less than 10 minutes. "Isnt eating." Ha. BS. A few weeks later, my dad took her in to have her stitches removed and we thought that was the end of it. But no, of course that isnt the last we hear from them. Somehow, some of her stitches came out and they had to stitch her up again and charged us for it. Another $200 taken from us because of their lack of learning how to properly put in stitches. Overall, my dog is fine. Shes acting like herself and is running around like how she used to before she was attacked. Thank goodness. But I am NEVER taking her, or any of my other pets back here. If you love your pets, you would do the same. All this place wants is your money. They dont care about your pets or your financial instabilities you may have.

Dr. Singh and his team are amazing people! When my puppy got sick with Parvo, they were so kind and helpful. Being a first time dog owner, it was a scary and confusing situation. I tried calling all the hospitals in the area but either they were closed or didnt answer, they were the only pet hospital that answered. Once I described the symptoms, they said I could bring him in right away. The parvo test came out positive and they explained all the options I had. He wasnt doing well, he needed treatment and a blood tranfusion. My baby was there for 6 days and it difficult to see him so weak, but with the care the Geisert team had with him, he got healthier and healthier. They did such an amazing job at a very fair price! Parvo treatment is already expensive but they work with you, and I cant thank them enough for helping me! When I was finally able to bring my puppy home, they explained everything so clearly. Im giving him his medications and hes doing so much better! You really cant go wrong with Geisert!

Looks like a bunch of fake reviews that have been posted probably by the owners. After taking my cat their for a neuter, We where told that we could pick him up late that night because they told us they would be open till midnight. We got to the clinic at 11:00 pm and found that it was closed. All lights turned off and locked up tight. We were quite upset at this and when we picked up our cat we found that they left him in the container that we transport him in all night long in his own waist. We told the staff that we were unhappy about the service and since we paid upfront for 3 sets of shots in week to week basis that we would like a refund for the next two. The assistant told us to talk to the doctor and the doctor refused saying that he gave our cat all the shots at once. All other vets told us you are supposed to wait on a week to week basis for the shots. Long story short, GEISERT ANIMAL HOSPITAL SUCKS!! Still thinking about throwing a brick though the doctors car windshield.
