I went to the clinic on Monday, 4th of May, 2015 and my dog Bean was seen by Dr. Rachael. Bean was diagnosed by the Dr. with Congestive Heart Failure after taking x-rays. The doctor assured me that with medication, Bean had another quality year of life left! Encourage by her statement, I purchase 1 month supply of 3 different medications! No additional testing was recommended at that time! 4 days later me dog was dead!! Now she is saying that I declined additional testing, that was needed and she was very concerned with Beans condition! Dr. Rachael failed to give me any info on any symptoms to look out for, or that Bean could have had any other illness, that would kill her so soon! Nor did she give me any indication that she was concerned about Beans condition! There is something wrong, when a Doctor tells you, your pet has another year of life and then dies 4 days later! And then put the blame on you!

I had a very good experience when I first brought my dog. I have a chihuahua, and two shiba Inus. The staff is very friendly! I can call them and Im always greeted by someone whos cheerful and knowledgeable about any questions I may have. The veterinarians provided me with so many resources to provide some great care at home if I ever had a problem. My chihuahua had had a parasite issue, shes done really well since she got her deworm shot. My female shiba was pregnant and they taught me how to care for a pregnant dog. The sire, my male shiba hasnt encountered any problems yet. Overall , Ive had a great experience with Fountain Valley Animal Hospital and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be treated kindly.

Honestly I would recommend to just stay away. The one receptionist was so rude and hung up on me when my dog was having a severe reaction to the medication this vet put him on. The only thing they did was give him a shot of cerenia and gave him a camel hump to get him rehydrated. I ended up spending almost $1000 in lab work and xrays only to find out they put him on medication that made him so sick of I wasnt watching him, he would have died. Maybe use them for shots but honestly Id just stay away.

Dr. Rachael and Dr. Devin take care of my fur babies as if they are their own. They are both very professional and at the some time companionate and friendly to work with. I have gone to many different Veterinary clinics in the past and this clinic is the tops. The staff is warm and friendly, they care about my fur babies as much as the Doctors do. You are always warmly welcomed. The care that my four legged babies receive is the tops.

I travel from Pueblo to have my dogs taken care of here. The staff is wonderful and truly care about their patients. Dr. Rachel helped me keep my dog comfortable while he was battling cancer and supported me when it came time to say goodbye. They dont force you into unnecessary pricey tests and x-rays when the outcome will not be effected by the test results. I cant recommend them enough!!!!

Called to see if I could bring my baby in who was just in a fight the lady that answered was very rude and short . I asked if they did payment plans and instead of saying no Im sorry we dont she was like no full payment due up front (which is ok because my dog is dying and Id happily pay) and I dont have any openings so yea try somewhere else. All couldve been said differently.

I love this place. Dr Rachel and Dr Devon are wonderful. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and she gave him wonderful care and he lived for 5 years. My other dog is almost 15 years old and for his age is doing great. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants their animals treated like family. Wonderful staff, wonderful Doctors.

We have used Fountain Valley Animal Hospital for many years, We have always been treated like they are happy to see us and our pets. Our Furbabies have received the best care available of that I have no doubt. The Dr.s are caring and just good at what they do! The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone

Weve taken our pets here since it opened. All of the staff and the doctors have been kind and informative. I am at the office at least once a month and have always been greeted with a smile. Even my dogs enjoy going and will often greet the staff as they greet my dog. Cant imagine going anywhere else.
