We love Dr. Germain, and trusted him with the care of our two boys before we moved from Connecticut. We would recommend him as a pediatrician. The office was not always consistent or open about costs and billing. There were several occasions when I needed to call to question or negotiate an expense because I was not aware of the costs involved in what I thought was part of the visit. For newborn visits, some well-child checks were not covered by well-child criteria. This may not be an issue for folks with low deductible insurance plans, but for high deductible plans, there is the potential for unexpected fees within the billing system.
