Here on a Saturday, waiting for medication that we were told was ready. Waited in line for 30 minutes, was told it was not in the system, had to call wife, who was here earlier and re-explain everything. Then was told to wait for the prescription. Still waiting another 30 minutes and counting. The staff was nice, we like the vet, but this is ridiculous. Get your act together please.

They cut my dogs fingernail badly when grooming him. He also came home with a cut on his face after spending time in the kennel. When I called to speak with a manager, there were only excuses and a forced apology.

Weve come here twice for emergency visits and theyve been wonderful. I appreciate that they have longer hours than other vets in the area and have always been willing to accommodate us.
