Keystone Animal Hospital has always taken great care of our family’s animals and of us. They are very knowledgeable and experienced, have always known what to do for our animals, and usually with the latest techniques. Not only that, the vet’s hands are small and agile so she’s very good at surgeries (I’ve even overheard other vets asking her to take over surgical cases for just that reason). So, our animals get the best possible outcome and Keystone follows through very well with us to make sure we do our part, too. They are very concerned about doing the right thing for their patients and their patient’s owners. With them, you’re working with good people.

I love the Vet there, Donald is a great vet and a great man. We couldnt be happier with him, but every single visit we have ever had we had a problem with their receptionist. Shes rude, ignores you for long periods of time, and is especially unhelpful over the phone. Ive watched her yell at helpful and polite assistants, once she even made me sit and wait as she went to scold some young helpful girl over what seemed to me to be nothing. As much as I love Donald, I had to switch my animals a few months ago over to stoneback . Ive since been much happier.

Donald schroder has been my vet for over five years and Ive followed him whenever hes moved to a new practice. Hes saved my animals when a different vet would have (accidentally) killed them. The staff at Keystone are wonderful, helpful, and friendly.

I had a small pet emergency and they were very willing to help out and work with me. In addition, their sympathy and kindness when my little dear didnt make it was touching. I would happily bring my little ones back to them any time.
