After having them put down my dog on Monday, I called at 4:10 PM on Friday afternoon with what I considered an emergency with my other dog.I was told even though it was an emergency they cant see me because they close at 5 PM. I said I am an established patient with both my dogs and I am willing to sit and wait to be seen.They stated that in order to see my dog with the emergency they would see her but I would have to pay an additional fee as a walk in. I am an established patient going there for years, they take an oath to care for the sick yet their only interest is to gouge their patients. I would never bring my animals back to Jumper Creek. To add insult to injury one of the Vets is a friend of my daughter who went to school with her . My daughter is a Medical Practitioner while her friend went the other route to Vet school. Jumper Creek is only interested in ripping off people in distress and not be compassionate to their clients.

Id had asked my mom to go by and find out some basic information for me cause I was at work, shed called me (& she sounded pissed) and told me that shed gone inside and had tried to ask the secretary a few questions. When she didnt even get her whole story out (so to speak) before she was rudely cut off, and how she (the secretary) couldnt tell her that, and how she (my mother) would have to make an appointment to find out and that an examine would cost $40. I was very upset that by this blatant disrespect towards a possible future customer, that Im never going there.

Dr Yates and his staff is the MOST unprofessional of any I have seen. Be careful and get your estimates in writing or they could end up costing you 10 times what one would think you would be paying. One you sign their standard paperwork, they can charge you whatever they want and include some of the most ridiculous charges to your bill. If this has happened to you, be sure to file your complaint with the BBB. There are other veterinarians that operate better. Some people can only stay in business by overcharging clients which is basically a scam.

Amazing vets that go above and beyond for our animals. They are very clear regarding treatment and give us multiple options ranging from minimum cost to max. They do their best to find a cost effective solution if they can. However, their primary focus is patient care. Their compassion and care for animals amazing. Ive never been to a vets office more concerned for the well being of my animals. I wont take my animals anywhere else. Their extended hours for people who work during the day are so convenient too.

Our little cat was hit by a car and suffered a broken pelvis and tail fracture. Basicly, her tail was severed at the point where it attaches to her body, but still attached by her skin. The vets here were so friendly and showed genuine concern for her. She ended up having to have her tail amputated by these doctors, but you would not even know today anything ever happened to this cat. I now have a new puppy, and I plan on taking her here.

I love this place! The staff are very knowledgeable and do a great job walking me though procedures and basic tips and facts for happy healthy pets. They are always friendly and polite and love seeing the fur babies. Would definitely recomend this place to anyone looking for a great place to take care of thier pets.

Great Service! Dr. Lindsay Smith always goes above and beyond to take care of our pets. Lets us know what is needed and does not try to sell us on things to make the bill higher, like some other places. Her number one priority is the animal/pet. Would highly recommend her to any pet owner large or small.
