I brought my chihuahua puppy in for her shots for the third time as a perfectly healthy dog. They asked ME what shots were already administered.....Isnt that their job to keep her records of when I brought her there and what she was given????? They gave her rabies, parvo, and another vaccine all at once. There were no signs of an allergic reaction as of 4pm the next day but two hours after that, my puppy was dead. The only conclusion I can come to is that she had too many chemicals in her and her body couldnt take it anymore. I should have known something was up because whenever I visited them I was always the only person there. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. They did not tell me there was a greater risk of something happening if all three shots were administered at once nor did they tell me the danger of her receiving the vaccine repeatedly. Bastards.

After reading the bad review, I felt I had to write a good one. About a year ago, we took our dog to this clinic when my dog became very ill on a day when our vet was not in. This office squeezed us in. Although we had to wait quite awhile, the vet who saw us gave very good care, and within 1 day our dog was much improved. I had to pay for an emergency visit, but Sophie is our beloved dog and an important part of our family. The vet and her staff were very caring, very good with us and with our Sophie. They did not know us at all, but they did everything I could have asked for. If I ever choose to leave our current vet, I would feel very comfortable taking our dog here.

I dont normally do reviews, but had to look up their address and found that hateful review. I have had cats for many years. My last two Siamese were cared for by these vets from the time they were 7 months old until they passed over the rainbow bridge. I now have two new kittens and they will also be cared for by this establishment. The staff is caring, there are always people coming and going, everything is explained before it is done. I cant imagine that prior review bears no resemblance to the experiences I have had there with my animals. I recommend it.

Worst vet Ive ever used. Never a return call. Always out of heartworm / flea and tick medicine. I asked for a print out of my dogs records because I was fed up and changing vets. There response, "Thats your choice " didnt even ask why. Very unfriendly staff, and rude if you have a problem. My new vet is 10 miles away on Pine island and is fantastic. Northshore Animal Hospital is 1/2 a mile from me.

My friend had to rush my older dog to this vet this past Monday afternoon. My friend said that all of the staff were very knowledgeable and very compassionate. Thanks to everybody who took care of my little girl. She is getting better every day. I would highly recommend North Shore Animal Hospital to everybody that I know and will definitely bring my little girl back there.

My dog recently had a seizure and took it in as he was unresponsive they looked at him and said there are no doctors available if you really care for animals wouldnt u do something I had to take him to another vet luckily he is ok no thanks to these people do yourself a favor and go to someone who cares about ur pet all they care about is money

They were the most caring vet Ive ever been to. Dr. Scott takes her time with your pet and doesnt rush..my pet was very sick and they rushed him in even tho they had appointments. There were so many nice clients who understood! Thank you to all who were waiting! The prices were very reasonable and the hours were great! I will be taking my pet there from now on!

I called North Shore because of a possible UTI in my dog. They gave me an appointment that morning and Dr. Vicky Scott examined my dog and prescribed antibiotics. Dr. Scott was very personable and explained everything to me. I was very happy with Dr. Scott and North Shore Animal Hospital. I would recommend them.

Had an appt today at 820 was there by 813. The first one there. I ended up leaving at 8:50 as we were not even put into a room yet. Thirty minutes after my appoint time and Im still waiting in the waiting room. No other patient there and I cant even be waited on. Our time is just as important. Very upsetting.
