Classic example of bait and switch. I confirmed they were in my network before I am 58 years old and at the age I will most likely have to use my health insurance. I went with the most expensive monthly ($533 a month) so I could have no surprises. I have a $950.00 deductible and total out of pocket. I pay a $1.00 co-pay for doctor visits and $15.00 for specialist. I explained to the liar that took my call that I cut my time in Georgia so I could get to Florida where my insurance pays. I have a $100.00 total out of pocket per emergency room visit, regardless of the state I am in. The liar that lured me in and attempted theft by deception asked for a $25.00 co-pay and $210.00 up front to pay the doctor. I have used this insurance. They knew how sick I am and was trying to take advantage of my urgency. This will be reported to the ACA and the insurance commissioner for the state of Florida. I will also make a police report. If this woman will rip me off, what do you think they do to the elderly!

Saw the reviews and thought to try it as I been very sick. Only one other patient in the waiting room so it shouldnt take that long right? Sadly that was no the case as it took a hour and half for me to seen. The doctor didnt seem to care to much, as he didnt really want to listen or really help. The male nurse was very rude in rushing me out even before I received my medicine from the female nurse. She call out to me as i was walking out becuase i was really being rushed out. The female one was very nice told me to talk to the front about talking to the manger, but at the time I was very upset and couldnt see how that would help. Very demeaning experience as well as very uncomfortable and uncompassionate. 3-18-2017 I have come back to see if there was a reply to my review. There hasnt been one to mine, yet other peoples that are younger then mine. Good job.

Made an appointment for 10:10am and arrived on time. I checked in quick at the desk and had a seat since I was feverish and wrapped in blankets. The receptionist was so sweet as to come to my seat to get my ID, insurance, and then payment, and to bring me the forms to fill out. She was so sweet! Then I got called back promptly and they checked my vitals and put me in a room. The nurse swabbed me for flu before the doctor even saw me. I was promptly seen by the doctor and he did a thorough exam. Results came back so fast and they discharged me with a doctors note. Took way less time than I expected, and everyone treated me very kindly. Great experience!

The staff was very nice but unfortunately the doctor talked over me and simply did not listen to me. She seemed to completely ignore that I said I have allergies, this happens because of allergies. All I wanted was to have some relief because I get these little asthma like attacks every now and then. A simple prescription for an inhaler would have sufficed. I would like one for emergencies instead of having to spend money going to the ER. I cannot recommend a Doctor who doesnt listen.

Been going to this location for many years. I adore Dr. Holly Johnson. My daughter has assigned pediatricians but Dr. Holly is her favorite. Well be there again when they open today because we both have sore throats... Why make 2 appts and 2 trips? Easy Breezy. Convenience is a really big deal when youre simultaneously busy and sick. :-)

WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR!!!!! TOLD ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH ME. I STILL FELT LIKE SOMETHING WAS OFF. WENT TO THE HOSPITAL THE NEXT DAY & WHAT DO YOU KNOW. THEY WERE WRONG & I HAVE THE PAPERS TO PROVE IT. I PAYED A 75 $ CO PAY FOR NO REASON. I WILL NEVER GO TO A URGENT CARE EVER AGAIN !!!! & DR. MEKENZI DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING!!!!!!!!!

Beware of Dr. M! Was sent here by my job after an injury. After poor examination and sent home for a few weeks of meds and xray results I was told by him that if the MRI requested, didnt show anything, that " The jig is up !" He insinuated that I was faking! Turned out I had a severe muscle tear ! Ended up having surgery!!! FACT !

I just came from this Centra Care. Fabulous! The staff is nice and courteous. The lobby is comfortable. We waited for just a few minutes. The nurse was polite and patient. The doctor explained the of exams he was doing, what tests he was requesting and why, and listed the possible outcomes. I Highly recommend.

after waiting nearly 3 hours at the waterford location, I decided to try my luck with this one. it was worth the drive. I made an appointment so my wait was literally less than 10 minutes. The Dr. was super friendly and quick. They took my test in house which was nice. I would return.

The front desk employee Dan is so rude. Unprofessional, they should really consider giving the job to someone that knows how to speak to people. To give an honest review Dr. Johnson was great, Ive dealt with her before, but because of the treatment with Daniel I wont be back.

Very helpful and very friendly staff. I waited only 5 or 10 minutes, but I was there at 8:30 in the morning. The doctor was attentive and caring, and answered all my questions about my tonsillitis diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this place.
