This place is very hostile...they have no consideration for another life if therere not working behind the desk..there customer service skills are not acceptable from the appointment setters on up to the head people in charge...there social and moral skills are very unkempt and there body language shows it.. they are unwelcoming and dont know have to interact with customers..they are very disrespectful....and just dont care if they violated a hipa law.....

I called and they wanted to know my social, date of birth and all my information before even scheduling me for a STD test. who gives out their life info over the phone anyway? she refused to even tell me if there was any appts available in the first place. and whoever I talked to earlier said to just come in. the lady was very difficult on the phone, no wonder STD rates in the county are sky high, their own health dept doesnt make any effort

This place is just horrible. I moved here from Colorado and had to go to get my daughters vacines updated. When i told the receptionist what i needed she actually called a nurse over and was like "this lady wants to enroll her kid in school without four year old vacinations" and both of them laughed at me like i was an idiot. UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTLY HAVE TO GO HERE I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The scheduling appointments for vaccinations is the worst Ive seen for a business. Its always a true struggle. I have not tried the other areas of the department. The Building is relatively clean. Staff is friendly in person. Sometimes they run out of certain types of travel vaccine so be sure to ask before you show up for an appointment.

The dental area is the worst I have seen both on Fairfield and palafox. Please find other places for the sake of your child teeth. They wont care. I have take my child here for the last four years and have regret it every time. Now, Im seeking elsewhere with longer commute time and more expense than this place.

I had an appointment with the dentist today at 2:30. Got there at 2:05. Well I waiting and waiting. Then finally at 3:30 I was called to the front to be told they needed to reset my appointment. So I waited a hour and 30 minutes to be told that I waited for nothing.
