WORST CARE EVER PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ WHAT THEY DID AND HOW I WAS TREATED came into this hospital 3 days after i had been sexually abused. I didnt know it was protocol for them to call the police but I complied and spoke with them. (At this point i didnt have a description or really anything for the officers to go on in fact they told me if I plan on moving it would be more aof a hassel having to come back and foeth to court i just wanted to put this all behind me. The doctor ( Dr. Constantine Zaharis, once he found out i just needed relief of this horrible UTI gave me SIX YES SIX PILLS and they are bascially like the red ones you get at the store. I just called them not only did the lady remember me she said i would have to come in and be seen again my family gets utis all the time and luckily i dont but when i do they are bad. The lady after knowing i was raped said quote on quote "i have other patients i need to take care of and theres nothing we can do for you". Excuse me but it is NOT YOUR JOB TO DECIDE IF I WANT TO DRAG THIS PROCESS OUT I JUST WANT THE PROPER UTI MEDS WHAT THEY GAVE ME I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN GIVEN BEFORE FOR A UTI. I find this to violate the doctor code and the way they treated me was APPALING. DO NOT COME HERE AND I WISH YOU LUCK IF YOU GET DR. CONSTANTINE SIGNED SEXUALLY ABUSED WOMAN WHO JUST NEEDED UTI PILLS SORRY DOC I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ENERY OR INFO TO BUILD A CASE I WAS DRUGGED AND RAPED. AND THESE ASSHOLES WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING TO ACTUALLY HELP ME AND PRIMARY APP IS NOT TIL TUESDAY AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAYS to me YOUR GOING TO HAVE TI DEAL WITH IT UNTIL THEN. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED HELP

Service when they figure it out is great: I did not appreciate waiting 9 hours for a room They asked me to arrive at 5:30am Got to the 5th floor at 6:30 pm. No Food all day after surgery: They asked me to bring my C-pap machine: As always and the Oxygen machines Alarm were going off all night. I sleep better with my C-pap. Noone could figure how to shut it down. Than i had to hear from the third shift Nurse how smart he was: What i did not appreciate how he pulled out the catheter and left me with a burning sensation for three days after i left the hospital. I mentioned this and he said its from the medication. Will when i see him Im personal going to let him know that this is not my first dance. I wonder how he is going to like it when i remove his catheter? Food was very good I did end up cleaning up my own room two days in a row. Gave myself my own sponge baths, they never asked me once need towels? But they did ask for my credit card in advance to charge the balance of the rooms for two days. Which is ok thats my plan. No room for the first night No food No Service No Cleaning No Towels I been to all their Hospitals: Even this one: Remember the service when applied is ok. The left hand as no communication with the right hand: I just caught a bad two days. But what a RUSH when that catheter was pulled out at 15: MPH. I almost bit thru my teeth for the next three days. I normally went take the time, but this trip compared to all the other 5 stars visits. WOW.

(since this is the parent company, this review applies here as well) 9 month old son was unusually fussy to a concerning degree, so we went here. He was taken in quickly and saw a doctor. Only test performed were basic vitals (weight, heart rate, temperature). Doctor touched his stomach for 1 minute, talked to us for 5, had us wait 15 minutes or so alone in the room to monitor, and had us leave with a prognosis of probably just gas. It was never mentioned what our co-pay or financial obligations would be, so i assumed insurance would cover such a quick nothingness visit. Two weeks later we get billed $1202.05 from the hospital, and another $587.00 from the doctor. $1800 billed for less than a 30 minute check, with no real tests performed is EXACTLY what is wrong with this crooked business. Because of the bloated charges, my portion was $500. I was later told (too late mind you) that if we had requested service as an uninsured, our total bill would have been less than $200. Ripping off concerned parents to pay for their new facility is a short term solution that will surely end in failure. We will never go back, and I suggest everyone else do the same. Go to an urgent care, not these thieves.

My wife has a problem with her shoulder dislocating. It hasnt done it in about a year, but today it decided to dislocate not to mention she was diagnosed with pnuemonia last week at another hospital. Today the Carrollwood location was the closet . My wife is screaming and crying because her shoulder is so badly dislocated. They take her in and start asking 1) unessecary questions and 2) tell me " we are sorry it is an hour wait. I was livid because no matter how many people were in the waiting room they always rushed her straight to a room to pop it back into place. I said " Forget this, I dont know how you are rated the #1 hospital." I was so upset because if her arm stays out of place for too long she can end up with nerve damage. We drove all the way to St. Josephs North on Dale Mabry and within 2 minutes they relocated her shoulder. The Florida Hospital of Carrollwood doesnt care. They will let you die and suffer. I vote for St. Josephs to be the #1. They also had the nerve to tell me well if you come back after 3 pm we might have rooms. You have got to be joking. We were only at St. Josephs for one hour and already heading home. SCREW YOU FLORIDA HOSPITAL OF CARROLLWOOD.

The care here was on par with other hospitals Ive been to. However, after my visit, this hospital has created a nightmare for me. I do not have insurance, yet I have been making monthly payments to pay off my medical bills here. Regardless of my efforts, the hospital reported me to a collection agency. Trying to straighten this out has been horrific. The Florida Carrollwood Hospital "customer service" has provided anything but. They said it was my fault for paying online and not in full. Why provide a website to pay online then? I have called the collection agency 6 times this morning. I was hung up on by the receptionist when I asked to speak to someone about the collection notice. I was otherwise transferred to 4 different peoples voicemails the other 5 times I called. Not one live person to talk to beside the receptionist that hung up on me. The collection agency is Preferred CMS (Preferred Group of Tampa) by the way. BEWARE BEFORE YOU GO HERE!! I could understand if I were a deadbeat not paying my bill at all but why punish someone TRYING to pay you? Idiots...
