Dr. Alvarado is the best Chiropractor ever! I have been to 4 different chiropractors before finally finding her. My whole family looks foward to our appointments with her. She is a very kind, welcoming, compassionate, professional Doctor, who truly cares about her patients. One appointment with her, and you will never want to go to any other Chiropractor ever again!!!! Her office staff is also so helpful, proficient and exceptionally nice as well! I just can not say enough about her and her staff. Put it this way... If we ever move, we will definitely be driving hours or flying to Tampa, on a regular basis to keep her as our Doctor!!!!

Dr. Mary Alvarado is the perfect Chiropractor! Like most of us, I’m typically nervous about seeing a new health care provider but she made me feel extremely comfortable which seems hard to come by these days. Not only is she the best Chiropractor around, she is kind, patient, professional, compassionate and actually cares about your well-being. She is very detailed when explaining anything to you and will go out of her way to give you additional resources. What I love the most is how passionate she is about providing you with the care you need. If everyone was more like her, this world would be a better place :)

Spinal Connections is a Fabulous place to go for Chiropractic help. Dr. Alvarado has such a fun, happy bedside manner. The practice is very easy to get into for last-minute appointments. My entire family (including my dog) have gone to her with back, shoulder and wrist pains, as well as headaches! She works miracles and her staff is very friendly. The prices are very inexpensive, it s less to pay cash than our co-pay! When I go there, I feel like I m visiting family.

Dr. Alvarado is amazing! I recently went to her for a herniated disc after numerous massage therapists and doctors failed to fix the problem. She was able to get me standing upright within the first treatment session and I was back to almost full range of motion after the second session. She is an angel!

Even though it was my first time at Spinal Connection, I felt welcomed and I liked that she took her time with me. I do hope they take insurance soon so I can keep coming back.
