My experience has only been that of a positive client-doctor relationship. Dr. Andrews was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed a suspicious mass on my dogs back. She explained her diagnosis & asked to perform a needle aspirate/biopsy of the mass to confirm the diagnosis before considering the surgical removal of the mass. She examined the mass contents and informed me it was a fatty lipoma (tumor). The vet told me there were two options: to remove it or to not have it removed. She explained that surgical removal was very simple and would have minimal affect on my dog. She explained that some lipomas continue to grow over time, while some do not, and that most owners do not like the aesthics of a mass (which is the main reason owners elect to remove the mass). I elected to have the mass removed as it was already as large as a baseball. I elected to have pre-anesthetic bloodwork perform to be safe, and make sure there were no underlying issues going on. The surgery went well, and you can hardly see where the incision was made. Chipper has done well with the surgery and I am a satisfied owner. I will return for animal care in the future. Not cheap, but excellent care for my dogs. Weve had nothing but extremely positive experiences with every dog weve taken in, and since we pick up a lot of strays and have them treated and then find good homes for them, we tend to have a lot of dogs going through. One thing that I have to comment on is the amazing stitchwork after surgeries. In the past, with other vets, Ive had dogs blow out spay stitches. Even with our two biggest dogs (around 100 pounds) the stitching was absolutely flawless. Theyve been very open about pricing, and have conferred with me before any additional tests or costs were incurred. I honestly couldnt care less about their bedside manner with me personally, but their care of my animals is of the utmost priority, and I have absolutely no complaints.

Entropion surgery was performed on both my dogs eyes, Dr. Andrews was concerned about his right eye and did the surgery twice on this eye. His stitch knot was not tied properly and came loose the next day. Dr. Andrews was in California and while more than helpful over the phone, she charged me $133 over what she said the initial surgery would cost, then charged me even more for sedatives because of her stitching! I asked them to remove me from updates as I cannot afford being overcharged every visit and now they deny my dogs flea medicine online. Great Vet but overpriced. The Animal Medical Clinic in Peachtree City actually tells you things to use instead of overcharging for their prescriptions.

Everything Dr Nikki has ever done for my cats has been amazing..my 17yr old European cat from Amsterdam hates everyone except for Dr. Nikki and she makes sure shes the only one that ever touches him when we ALL, 4 cats, come for a visit!!! My neighbors dog past away last night and only after going over to her house today did I find out shed taken Toby to see Dr. Nikki and how much she helped during her painful loss....THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO NIKKI!!!!!

we took our animal in there for some help. that lady may be good with animals but she is HORRILBE to people. I have never been yelled at and treated like that EVER!!! Yes I do mean actually YELLING! They ran extra test that we did not ask for and then demanded that we pay for it. I do not care how bad of a day you are having you should NEVER treat a customer like that and expect them to come back.

Dr. Andrews has gone above and beyond for my menagerie of pets so many times I couldnt adequately document. She has been available, kind, empathetic, and honest at every occasion. I am grateful she chose Moreland GA to open her business and believe if you are within reasonable travel time she should be your go to vet. In an emergency at an inconvenient hour you will be grateful for her counsel.

Dr Nicki (Nikki? Sorry girl!) absolutely saved my pup Walters skin. Other vets diagnosed his red, scaling skin as allergies. Tons of high maintenance shampooing and sprays. She did a thyroid test, prescribed thyroid meds, and boom. My boys got a smooth happy tummy again and extra energy to boot! Worth the quick drive from Atlanta to deal with people who genuinely care about your animals.
