I was walking in as a new patient for my dog and he had his annual done it wasnt busy I wasnt even acknowledged when I walked in (totally understand if there is a lobby full of people u cant greet everyone) but there was no one seated. The staff at the front was not welcoming and was very dry to me, but as i sat there filling out paper work every customer after me was greeted. I asked a few questions pertaining to what I needed for my dog and one lady ignored me while the other couldnt answer my questions (was just seeking opinions not educated guesses). However The Doctor there who seen my dog he was very kind and informative. That doctor gets 5 stars. If I could give a rating for the clerical staff I would give them 1 star! I even had a nail trim and it was a poor job done i will not be returning.

This office is highly recommended in my book! The girls up front are so helpful and kind - whether I need assistance over the phone or in the office they are always glad to help or find a Doctor to assist. The doctors are always so great, especially with our accident prone/allergy targeted/high anxiety Danes.. We are those regular patients and everyone is always so pleasant! Diesel and Missy (our Danes) love Dr Sexton! Pricing is reasonable and they are willing to work with you to make it as affordable as possible. Thanks Douglasville Vet for your compassion and expertise!

After recently moving to the area this was the third vet we tried and we are definitely dont looking. They literally brought our daschund, Lou, back from the brink of death. The vet there is kind and compassionate and most importantly really knows what he is doing. He thinks outside the box and is relentless in figuring out the problem. Their staff is helpful and polite. My family will be loyal customers for life.

They gave my dog a failed surgical operation, didnt even use the operation to fix the main problem. Then only gave me the option or putting my dog down or doing another terrible operation. They charged me up the ass for the failed operation and pushed me for more money to put her down. After finally putting her down, they threw her in an old carboard box and sent me home.. Worst Vet Ever. Go to Petsmart

Absolutely the BEST all around Vet clinic!!! From the front office staff to the doctors to the vet techs. Every single person treated my dog and me like we were the only ones there and they were packed! Its hard to find this kind of care now a days. I will never take my pets anywhere else and my whole family feels the same way. I promise you will not regret taking your animal here.

Been a local business here in Douglas co. For more than 20 yrs. Had to take my dog in for emergency surgery on the day of my fathers funeral, to say I was distraught is an understatement. They handled everything, including my meltdown in the lobby, with caring,professional, and great service. It ment so much to my family now looking back on the situation.

Our day family has used this vet for many years I have not had a lot of bad experiences it is very few actually. The only bad I had was with a vet who was real pushy trying to sell you everything but other than that it has been a wonderful vet for many years

I have been taking our dogs to Douglasville Veterinary Hospital for over 12 years. They are the best! There are closer vet clinics to our house, but I prefer to drive the 25 minutes it takes to get there! I highly recommend taking your pet to this clinic!

Just had my first visit with the dog, Bella, for vaccinations. I was very impressed with the courtesy of the staff. Dr. Porter saw my pooch and she was excellent in handling her as she was a bit skitterish. I definitely will use them again in the future.
