Worst experience ever. Called to schedule my new patient appt, when I made this appt I asked how they would like my other physicians from my hometown to send over my charts so that they would have my medical history. They said it wasnt needed. 1st red flag. I Showed up for my initial new patient appt 30 minutes early to complete paper work. Signed in, had a seat after 10 minutes had to get up and ask for the new patient paper work. Sat in the waiting room for over and hour total, second red flag. When I was finally taken back to a room, I waited in the room for 30 more minutes, the phlebotomist came in to draw lab work and then there was another another wait for the dr. Again I asked that my charts be requested as I had daily medications that I needed and again I was told that wasnt needed. 3rd red flag. This was all November 2015. Now here we are March 2016 and theyre refusing to fill my prescriptions (all this time Ive been calling back home asking my old dr for refills) because I need to have (and pay for) another appt to discuss the reasons for refills. This is absolutely ridiculous and I absolutely do not recommend this office!

I called for an appointment about 8:30 am and was told they had an opening at 10:00. I was surprised b/c I didnt even expect to get an appt that same day. But, I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes at which time I chose to leave and not wait any longer. I was in search of a Primary Care Physician, so it was not a good first impression at all. I will look for a PCP elsewhere b/c I feel that this would likely be the situation each time I needed to be seen.

Front staff was "hateful" to my mother when she called to renew arthritis meds. They told her she hasnt been seen by them since August, but she was there last November. Mom even has Medicaid bill with November date, but they told her she is lying.

Never again! The Doctor knew her stuff but the billing was all jacked up!!! Ive never experienced this with any clinic ever!!!
