My family has been taking animals here for well over 15 years (extended family for MUCH more than that) and we have ZERO plans of stopping our patronage. Personally I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a lizard and a horse that have been seen by this office and I am always absolutely blown away by their level of care and service. Having this many animals, Im there pretty frequently but the doctors and staff always remember all of my animals and alway ask about their wellbeing even if Im in the office for another reason. Their prices are pretty low for Moscow and their "frequent flier" program is amazing ($65/year for 10% back all purchases, a free clinic visit and a couple nail trims), their staff is friendly, they will work with you and theyre completely understanding! I have a dog that got into some medicine that damaged his kidneys... the doctors here have done an amazing job recommending treatments (that other vets Ive talked to havent even heard of) and my dog is doing much better! They do farm calls for livestock, too. They have a couple nights per week where they are open until 9pm which is amazing for us that work all the time. Location can be sticky to get to and the office is always busy but these are all good signs in my book. I have worked for another "well regarded" clinic in town and would never recommend anyone there! 10/10 recommend Animal Clinic! So much so that I am actually going to continue care there despite moving an hour away.

Had a very brief visit this afternoon to get my 10yo husky up to date on his vaccines. Hes a friendly and mellow dog but is *super* skittish at the vet. We just moved to town and chose this place because of its location and I am so so happy and impressed with how kind and caring the staff and the doctor are. They were thoughtful enough to allow us to have our exam on the back patio since the ol boy *really* dislikes being inside the vets office. They gave lots of treats and were generally very calm and understanding that sometimes old dogs dont like strange people poking and prodding them, even if they are getting treats! (The treats help though!) … We completely dread taking our dog to the vet because it is such an ordeal, but they did everything they could to make it as painless as possible and Im so so thankful.

I highly recommend Dr. Dan Brown and Dr. Kitchel. They are excellent vets, with a real understanding of how to calm patients and explain the details to clients. This clinic also has on-call emergency hours and I have personally used this more than once! It is a very modern, clean clinic and they have long-term excellent receptionists and certified veterinary technicians. While no Doctor or clinic is perfect for our most beloved animals, in the Moscow area, this one surpasses the rest, for complex procedures to annual vaccines. Ive put the life of all of my animal family into their hands on a regular basis, through surgeries and injuries, illnesses and routine procedures. They have always performed spectacularly and I have my healthy animals to show for it.

The Animal Clinic has seen our dog since he was a puppy, and we have always been very happy with them. I think weve seen nearly every doctor there, and they are all great (but we particularly like Dr. Kuhrt). We almost lost our boy a couple of years ago when he developed atypical Addisons disease, but Animal Clinic did everything in their power to help him, and then sent us to WSU Vet Hospital when they realized he was beyond their care level. We use them for boarding since we have medication requirements, and our boy always comes home happy and healthy. A special shout out to the lead technician - Jared - he has a way with our dog that calms him down, and he is just a fantastic personnel asset for the clinic.

My dog is my child and Dr. Dan treats my pug like he is his child too! I love the animal clinic and although I have moved out of town, when we need to go to the vet, we drive the 2 hours so he can get the best care possible. I once had to take my Tank to a large, well known Hospital in the Coeur d Alene area and they called my dog "spoiled." You would never hear that from a staff member of the Animal Clinc. They are far too caring and professional! And, while they are small, they do not lack the capabilities to provide a large number of life saving procedures. Is there anything more important than that? Thank you Animal Clinic!

Best Vet i have ever been to. I got my kitten about three months ago and have gone to different places numerous times. Either the prices were too high or the quality & service too low. I moved to Pullman to go to school and picked Animal Clinic and Hospital to go to. The front desk was very nice and i got into my appointment right away. The Veterinarians there were helpful & knowledgeable on every question i asked and cared about kittens health. I just called about my kitten getting stung by a wasp, and they put me right through to a vet. The prices were a dream come true. I will always go here. I love them. :)

Our older girl (15 + years old) has been seen by Dr. Bales and Dr. Dan her whole life. We cant speak highly enough of the care and personal treatment they give. The staff has always been gentle and loving when we are there. One particularly hot day we were doing our daily constitutional and stopped in to get a drink of water for her and the staff brought her a bowl filled with water and made sure she was confortable. What struck me is that the staff took the time to greet us, take care of my girl. Exceptional service all the way around. :)

I was very pleased with our visits. My current dog has always made vet visits a traumatic experience, but this visit was the first time she did not nip or growl at anyone or pee from being scared (shes a weird dog). Dr. Cummings is very nice and I am so happy we have her. The entire staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! I Will be very sad when we have to find a new vet after graduation! BEST vet office I have been in yet. Love you guys!

I went in to pick up medication for my dog and felt that I was treated very rudely by the staff. Several upfront employees were just standing around. When I was finally waited on I was told that I had to buy three times the medication that was needed for the treatment the doctor had prescribed over the phone. I only hope they treat the animals with more respect and patience than they do the owners.

I have a rabbit, and there are not many vets in the area that have any experience with them, so I was admittedly nervous about bring my rabbit in for his first visit. I shouldnt have been. Dr. Yorink was amazing, very knowledgeable about rabbit needs, was kind, and not at all condescending when I asked questions. The staff all loved my bun, and everyone was very friendly. Great experience!

We have been taking our Labradors and our cats here for the past 30 years. Very reliable veterinarians, not afraid to refer you if theres something that they are not able to offer. The cost is a little expensive. They do offer pet insurance. But you get what you pay for so ... you get excellent Animal Care. Dr. Bales is especially wonderful.
