Dr. Bryan Kepler and his staff are fantastic. We always have great service at each and every visit. As for the pricing complaints of other reviewers, I pay much less here than at my last vet office and I am actually getting a quality service. That same clinic was charging me top dollar for a vet visit where I felt I was teaching the vet about my dogs condition. The Animal Hospital of Wenatchee is able to perform surgeries that other clinics just wont do. At my last vets office a knee surgery for a dog would cost you a trip out of town. Not here. Our dogs knee surgery was done locally; done professionally; performed with care; and we were kept in the loop and we were well educated by the staff on everything or dog need for home care and his successful rehabilitation.

I love my pets. When they are sick, I want to know that the people taking care know what they are doing. I have been to many different places. I may have saved money but my pet got no compassion. When I made the appointment at the Animal Hospital, they were friendly. When I walked through the door they were welcoming and warm. And when they were treating my animal, they were gentle. At the same time, they were obviously knowledgable. The ladies working there were helpful and social. Now, I did end up spending alot more money than I anticipated but I would definitely take my pets back... I guess thats the price you pay for the love of your companion.

I have been taking my 3 dogs here for a year and a half and only once have they been seen by the vet. I schedule appointments and end up seeing the techs. They even allow the techs to give the rabies shots which I didnt even think was legal without a check up from the vet prior. I took my sweet goldendoodle in last week and while we were waiting in the lobby they had two dogs with kennel cough walk through the front door. With in the week my dog has kennel cough. Not to mention the techs there are new and inexperienced, using our pets to train on. Extremely unhappy! Going elsewhere now!

I took my cat in for grooming and a shave. She had been so stressed from our recent move to Wenatchee that she wasnt grooming herself. She is an escape artist and usually a very vocal cat. They shaved her as requested, but missed some spots and did no other grooming. The place I used to take her to in Spokane would tell me how things had gone and anything I needed to know about her fur/skin. Animal Hospital of Wenatchee did none of that even though I asked. My poor cat is hiding in the basement scared now and with the way she looks I cant blame her.

I have been taking my pets to Dr.Keppler for many years not only is the pricing more than fair. the staff has always gone above as well as beyond to take care of my babies. It is my personal feeling that any vet will take good care of your pet but it takes a very special person to to be your pets medical provider that will listen to you and hear what you are saying to help you through the problems that come up with the issues of raising our pets! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT THE ANIMAL HOSP. OF WENATCHEE!

I was extremely saddened and disappointed to hear our dog princess was turned away because she was not a patient of yours, she was in the middle of having puppies and died of low glucose with a puppy still in her. Had she received the shot minutes earlier she would have survived. She was a part of our family for over a decade. You should rethink that policy when it comes to emergencies, you were the closest vet to us at that time and going to you should not have been a mistake.

It was the WORST service ever!!! We took in our dog who had low blood sugar and all she needed was a shot but she was turned away because she WASNT a patient! You guys are the animal HOSPITAL it shouldnt matter if shes a patient or not! By the time we took her to her vet and they were preparing her for the shot it was too late. I do NOT recommend this place at all! Worst service ever!!!

without dr keppler and his wonderfull staff we would have lost big sweet tyson, he is doing great, this is a group who cares about animals, not just a money maker but true heart involved, blessing to you at the animal hospital of wenatchee

Dr Keppler is a very kind, caring man both with the animals he cares for...but with the humans that love them.... I would not take my pets for any other vet....unless he was no longer avalible.....all around great guy!!!!!! 5 stars!!!!!!

I have been taking my pets there for years. The Dr is so caring and makes sure every thing is covered in our apt. They are very fairly priced with I believe the least expensive vaccinations and spading program in the valley.

Dr Keppler has gone out of his way in taking care of our giant Schnauzers. The staff are attentive to patients needs and eager to offer help and suggestions. I would not trust my beloved babies to any other vet in town.
