Cheyenne, an American Eskimo, was a long-time patient who visited Drs. Withers and Rybicki annually. She was a healthy, spunky and typical Eskimo! Even though I told my little girl not to get old, some things just cannot be stopped. She aged, became blind and deaf and confused. She began to lose weight, but loved the ground beef and rice I added to her dinner. It became a struggle to watch her lose her quality of life. July 24th, we made our final visit to Dr. Rybicki. After explaining my concerns and discussing her health, I felt it was time. Dr. Rybicki was wonderful. She assured me that if she could give Cheyenne something to take her back in time, she would. But we know that doesnt happen. Coming to this decision was so hard and painful, but my heart told me if I loved her I would let her go. Dr. Rybicki talked to me about the procedure and what it would happen so that I would be better prepared. She made me feel less guilty and assured me that I had given Cheyenne the very best life. A pretty throw was placed on the exam table and I held my baby girl for the last time. In seconds she slipped away from me, but so peaceful. When life has to end, this is the last gift of love we can give to our beloved pet. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. It means a great deal during this difficult and sad time. I miss her so much and I swear I hear her walking on the tile floor like she used to. I will always love you, Cheyenne, and I will see you again, just not yet.

I took my beloved rottie here after being extremely dissatisfied with the approach and practice of my previous vets office. I wanted a second opinion and was referred to Eola Point by several coworkers. I made the appointment but got there around 30min early. They greeted me warmly and my entire wait time to getting into the exam room was around 10minutes, then the vet came in in around 2minutes after that. Dr. Withers was amazing with my dog and never forced her into anything and were very gentle and kind with her. Dr. Withers was extremely knowledgeable on her breed and gave me my treatment options but was also very realistic about her prognosis. He gave me information on how to best care for her in her final days and unlike my previous vet, wasnt pushing me to put my dog through a painful and costly surgery that might even cost her the short life she has left. They were so compassionate and when I made the appointment for my dog to be euthanized, they gave me all price quotes and information on the cremation company they use. Another big plus, they charged almost $100 less for euthanasia then the other facilities I was tracking as well as most of their services are extremely affordable. I am never taking another dog anywhere BUT here.

We have been taking our pets to Eola Point Animal Hospital since it opened. While vet care is never inexpensive, and weve spent quite a bit of money on various surgeries for our pets, I never feel as if Im being taken advantage of at Eola Point. I recently had to take a guinea pig to a different vet because Eola Point only sees cats and dogs. I was charged a new patient processing fee, charged a higher price for the visit because it was considered an "emergency" (it was a piece of hay in the guinea pigs eye causing irritation and it wasnt an appointment they had to rearrange the vets schedule for) and told to come back for an unnecessary recheck that wouldve cost $34. Dr. Withers would never do this in his practice. Weve been able to get in at a moments notice for urgent issues and were not charged more for the visit. Although we generally see Dr. Withers because we started with him, we have seen Dr. Rybicki, too. I feel comfortable with either doctor seeing our dogs or either one performing surgery on them. The support staff is also interested, kind, and compassionate. There are several veterinary practices closer to where we live, but I wont even consider going to them.

When you have three dogs and three cats finding a good vet is essential. We were so fortunate to have found Eola Point. We have been taking our animals here for well over five years, and Dr. Withers and Dr. Rybicki are wonderful and very much animal lovers. We have never felt that their focus was on anything other than what is best for our animals. Their prices are very reasonable, and service is way better, especially when compared to some of the larger animal hospitals in the Naperville area. Lastly, their staff, they are amazing, some of the nicest people we have met.

We visited for the first time to have a pet put down. The staff was extremely friendly and compassionate toward us as we were grieving our new loss. They explained everything every step of the way so we didnt have any surprises as we went through and witnessed our pets last moments. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a vet in the area.

I cant say enough great things about Eola Point Animal Hospital. We brought our 9 month old puppy in to them for the first time under an emergency situation. It turns out he needed surgery and they were amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and really cares for your pet as if it were their own. I am so happy to have found a vet that I trust!

Eola Point is hands down the best Animal Hospital around. They are incredibly patient, and gentle to the animals, and will listen to you before rushing a diagnosis. They are willing to work with you if you have a scheduling problem, and their prices are incredibly reasonable. From now on, Im always going to them for any of my dogs needs!

Dr. Withers and Dr. Rybicki are wonderful. They are very intuitive when it comes to diagnosing illnesses. We have placed 6 pets in their care over the last 12 years. Their bedside manners are great always remembering us when we come in. Their supporting staff couldnt be better!
