By far the worst Eyecare Place I have ever been to! save yourself the Nightmare and travel many miles or spend a ton of money before you go here...nothing is worth than going here. Ive been waiting since January to get my contacts... every time I went it was a three-hour visit, and every time he got my prescription wrong so I had to keep on going back to where he eventually could never figure it out and I had to get my script from my old doctor in my old town, the staff was always super rude, Ive done over 30 hours of waiting time in the waiting room for jusy my one yearly prescription of contacts, and Im not supposed to think anything negative of the situation because theyre just doing their job...what?! He also got my eyeglass prescription wrong, and every time I brought them back to correct, they gave me my eyeglasses back without doing anything to them. Oh, and theres no refunds, so if you want to just chalk up all the money and time you spent to go elsewhere bc you find out how horrible they are, its on you bc they dont care. Its so unprofessional and corrupt...I think they just had me go back 10xs to get $ from government, bc i have Medicaid. This whole nightmare is so mind-blowing that I feel like theyre messing with me intentionally

Worst place EVER. rude receptionist. It has been over a year and I have not received my glasses and they will not refund my payment! They told me they cant control how long it take the "prison" to make then. I have been calling patiently checking on the progress for the last 7 months and I always hear they will call me back or they are still waiting. I never get a call back and they are more rude over the phone than Im the office. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Its trash. I have never felt the need to actually put in so much effort to rate a place in fact this is my first time doing so but I feel the need to share how sickening this place is and I sit in front of the office to pick up my Rx to go somewhere else and pay more money for my glasses that should have been ready in January when its now September.

Bougiest place Ive ever been to. When my family and I walked into the door, we didnt get a "Hello" or "Hows it going?" we just got stared at and kept talking. After a minute, one of them asked what insurance did we have when my mother wanted to first look at glasses. She showed them her card & they said that "Only a certain kinds were covered under our insurance" and whipped out from a cabinet some dusty glasses that were in bins that looked like stuff people sell at the flea market. We were disgusted not because of that "limited selection" but how that employee whipped those glasses out to try to embarrass us. Does that place only cover if you get government assistance or something? I doubt those customers were rich. We immediately left & went to LensCrafters instead. Best decision.

Worst eye doctor experience Ive ever had. As a new patient I expected the staff to be welcoming- but instead they were rude, even gossiping about their own staff. The doctor was over an hour late. My appointment was at 10:30, I didnt see the doctor until 12 and didnt leave the exam room until 1. I am now back for a follow up contact lens appointment. I am the first patient on the schedule for 10 am, doctor is no where to be seen, it is now 10:40. I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. The place also looks run down with a smal selection of glasses. From someone who used to work for a private optical practice, I would expect the same quality customer service,l I provided my patients with and recommend not coming here for your eye health issues.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They gave me the best experience Ive ever had at a eye doctors office. Dr. Casper was professional and thorough in his exams. He made sure that I could see correctly. It wasnt a get in-get out experience. Thank you for all of your guys help and if I wasnt moving out of state I definitely would come back. Five star experience hands down. Go to this place. Its the real deal. Thanks again!!!! Sincerely, a happy customer :)

Seriously the doctor was great but the office staff (the women) were horrible. I just paid 400 bucks for glasses only to have them LITERALLY pull apart after only 3 months. Then I go in there to be told that they cant do a damn thing to fix them, but if I wanted I could always but another pair. Yeah.... because I have money to do that again (sarcasm). I have never been so disappointed in my life. NEVER GO THERE!

Horrible. The first time I went I got glasses. Spent 2 hours there. Jim told me that it would be $75 for a contact appointment. Went back today for a contact fitting appointment and they charged me $120. Another 2 hours. I am on a fixed income with limited insurance that doesnt cover contacts. Be prepared to spend more money then what they tell you beforehand.

The women working here were the absolute worst! I had to wait about 3 hours and ended up walking out because of how long it was taking. The doctor might be good, but something needs to be done about these rude, inconsiderate employees. Never coming here again thats for sure- and if youre looking for a quality experience then I recommend you dont either.

They are HORRIBLE! My son has yet to receive his glasses. It is has been way pass 10days and every time I call and see whats the hold up they give the same excuse "we are still waiting on the lab to respond back to us". I dont recommend this place as a first option plus the customer service of most of the women there sucks

The worst the ladys just talk dont do right on there part and never double check the paper if it got send to the glasses company and I been waiting for months and when I call they did get the code back so another month. My point is I prefer pay cash and get here two time faster. Suck it

The absolute WORSE WORSE office staff I have ever encountered. Next time you want to talk crap about a client please place them on hold or hung up so they cant HEAR YOU!! Never for the sake of your patience go there! All of the ladies who work there are rude and very unprofessional!!

Dr.Casper and Steven were so friendly and proffesional.Dr.Casper actually takes the time to explain everything to you without being dismissive or condescending and has a terrific horsesense.I would recommend Dr.Casper to anyone.

My experience was good. I did not wait too long to see the doctor and when I went in to see him, he was thorough, patient, and answered all my questions without hesitation (meaning, Doctor Knows what hes doing). :)

This is by far the worst eye care experience I have ever encountered! My wife came in the other day and it took her 2.5 hours. I have been here 2 hours and havent seen the dr yet. Im going to walk out.

Dr. Caspers Office was well run and extremely efficient. There were many glasses to choose from and the staff was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience.
