For many years my wife and I have always taken our loving and spoiled pets to North Park Veterinary Care. The doctor and staff are very professional, friendly, caring and always provide our pets with a lot of love and attention as if our pets were their own. You will not find another veterinary care clinic that provides your pet this high level of health care service. Your pets health is their number one priority and they will go out of their way to provide your pet with the highest level of care as they have always done for our pets. Our loving shih tzu Alex would not have lived a long 16 years if it was not for the love and frequent medical care the doctor and staff had provided to Alex during his last 4 years.

My pups (doggies) and I are always treated like priority customers. In addition to the healthcare they need, Dr. Goedde and staff also provide healthcare information, along with preventative medicine - to keep my girls happy and healthy. Any questions I have are answered, suggestions for care are made, and detailed information is given regarding any medications needed (acute and on-going). Dr. Goedde has a knack for understanding the unique personalities of my girls, all of them rescues. With her care they are happy, free from discomfort and I rest assured that if I need urgent services during business hours, she and her extremely caring staff are there for me.

As we walked threw the door, We felt welcomed by the staff our dogs settled down +sat on floor. As our appointment we was glad we did not have to wait long, The Dr.came in room + checked out our 2 dogs he was gentle with them, he took them back +gave the shots, then brought them back into the room, Now if they needed surgery feel at ease there is nothing to get upset about (The Dr`s know what they are doing .) everything came out O K. Also if u don`t understand something My Dr. will explain + u won`t feel stupid. Over all i was satisfied.and i know many others will be to.I recommend North Park Veterinary Care to anyone. First off I have to say Ive never seen any vet at this office. We recently moved to this area and were looking for a new vet. Because Ive heard some good things about Dr. Nelson I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was impatient and very rude. She seemed put out by my phone call. I asked my brother to call hoping she would be "friendlier" to a man..... no such luck. First impressions are important. And although from the other reviews people are satisfied with this vet,, who wants to deal with her moodiness every time you have to make a visit to the vets office?

We have had great experiences with the staff at North Park. When are beagle/lab mix was very sick they gave us the best advice and when we had to put her down they were very helpful and even gave a donation to the Purdue Vet School in her name. Our Golden retriever loves the staff at North Park Vet and trusts them completely. She was hit by a car and was bruised pretty bad they made time to see her and follow up to make sure everything was going good and gave us some great advice on how to care for the wound and what to expect. I would not go anywhere else

My dog was recently attacked by two bigger dogs, and was pretty much torn to shreds. Doc did surgery to put her back together, stayed with her most of the night, and took time to answer all of my questions afterwards. The follow up care was incredible. Everyone was so nice and understanding of my distress. And the bill was extremely reasonable as well. Ive been taking my dogs there for quite a while now and have always been very happy, but this raised my opinion even further. I will take my pets there as long as they are open for business.

One of the best bedside manner ever! My family has been going to Dr. Goedde for 8 years now and she is AMAZING! She cries when I have to put down a dog, offers to help with training, answers all my questions, and even gave me her personal email to keep her updated when my dog was sick. I cannot say enough excellent things about her! I love Rhonda too. Shes always amazing when I call up needing advice on if my dog needs to see a vet immediately or can wait. All in all, I absolutely love this place! One of the best vets I have ever been to.

we have been going to North Park Clinic for several years. Our last two dogs and our present dog went to Dr. Nelson. We are very pleased with the way our dogs were treated and presently being treated. Since Dr. Nelsons retirement, we have been going to Dr. Jill Goedde. We do travel to get to the clinic, which the office take into consideration. Dr. Goedde has been very nice and helped our dog just this past year. She is very pet friendly. Pam Bennett

9/27/14 Weve taken our last three dogs and our most recent dog to North Park veterinary clinic and weve always received very good service. Dr. Nelson even came to the house when we had to put down our first dog named "Lady" sick with cancer. He made a difficult situation a little easier. In 43 years, North Park Vet has always been our first choice for care of our pets. They kept our four Norwegian Elkhounds-- and now one stray cat-- healthy for all these years. The staff at North Park is very competent and many times are able to advise us as to how to solve the problem. We are always quick to refer others to them. The Vets and Staff have our trust and confidence.

We had our first visit at North Park Veterinary after receiving a recommendation from a friend. We rescued a mixed breed dog and brought him there for a check-up. Everyone was very friendly, that doctor was very thorough and compassionate. She gave advice as though she were treating her own pet. I will definitely return to North Park Veterinary for all our dogs needs.

I have heard many good things about this office, so I called needing some advice/direction to best help/comfort our family pet during a time of distress. The secretary seemed to be very kind as she first answered, but proceeded to be very insulting and condescending in her responses. I was very disappointed due to her lack of professionalism and bedside manner.
