This office is primarily preoccupied with sucking money out of the patient rather than actually caring for the patient. I have probably had the worst experience at this place. The Hygienist rushed through the cleaning and was trying to sell me things I didnt need , including a fluoride treatment and a water floss. I am a young female with perfectly healthy teeth and I shouldnt be offered fluoride because I dont have any cavities and my teeth are just fine. I mentioned to the hygienist how one of her colleagues used to do a great job on me and that I liked her work, to that she answered : " She is gone! you are the first one to say something positive about her". which I thought was unprofessional especially that this hygienist was actually very good and she was the reason I kept going back to this office. She also was trying to sell me the whitening gel tube for 20$ extra when I am supposed to get it for free as I had already paid for the treatment and they are supposed to be complimentary. Overall , I would never recommend this place to a friend or a family member. They simply do not care about the patient and they are more of an expensive boutique trying to sell you things you dont even need.

I hadnt had any dental work done for almost 8 years. Recently I was having issues with sensitivity to sweets and cold. I scheduled an appointment to come in for an evaluation and they took x-rays and looked inside my mouth to verify findings. They took their time and were able to find almost every issue in about a 1 hour visit. Within 2 months Ive been back for cleanings/scalings, fillings and extractions and every time I was helped with courtesy and a knowledgeable staff. I was even able to seen 3 hours after an extraction because I was having what I thought was complications when I was just more of a bleeder than expected. All-in-all this is a great dentist and I plan to keep going back. I havent had the same hygienist or doctor every time but the whole staff is great at what they do.

Front desk staff were very friendly however when I had too see the dental practitioner for my first major procedure having three molars surgically removed at once they refused too give me nitrous "because there was no one there too admit it" and the dentist basically told me too suck it up and go through it and I walked out...not too mention during my consultation when my face was swollen as heck from an abcess he proceeded too lecture me for drinking a power aid and that was the reason my teeth were in such bad shape

333 I broke part of a tooth the first day of a weeks vacation. At the recommendation of a waitress I went to see Eastern Shore Smile Solutions and they got me in the same day. Dr. Stanton patched me up and I was able to enjoy the rest of my week in Maryland. She, her assistant Kara, and the desk staff were all very kind and friendly. Im grateful to them and based on this experience would recommend their practice wholeheartedly.

Very uncaring and unprofessional. They were no help when I had a very painful impaction. They have no space for emergency appointments. They never helped my husband who had to see urgent care twice to get antibiotics even when his face was swollen and pain was unbearable, said he had to pay a deposit first before even scheduling and still couldnt see him right away. Ridiculous. Will be taking all our family elsewhere.

Dr. Hiers, Autumn, and the staff at Eastern Shore Smile Solutions were really great. I am very nervous about going to the dentist, and didnt go for a long time out of fear. But they were so comforting and gave me all of the options for my treatment. I will be sure to keep up with my visits now because I have found such a wonderful team that is very knowledgeable, clean, and compassionate! Thank you!

In all my experience with doctor & dental offices, this is, by far, the best! Every staff members customer services skills are excellent. They worked with my insurance company since the appliance I required was out-of-network. I have not waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Just cannot say enough about the quality service & care received by Eastern Shore Smile Solutions!
