NEVER EVER GO TO THIS OFFICE! I came to this office for a usual check with my husband. Dr. Yan without taking any analyses found bunch of infections which she said I need to treat immediately and come every week for a check. She prescribed me bunch of cremes and pills and antibiotics for two weeks. After that she took some samples. I got medication the same night after visiting her and started my treatment immediately. After one week I called the office and asked to tell me about my analyses. I was constantly on hold and got disconnected or hanged up on of being on hold for 30 mins. I called 6 times that day and my husband called twice. Finally I was LUCKY enough to talk to somebody and it was the receptionist in the office. Her receptionist told me that all my analyses are fine and I am absolutely healthy! I was surprised because during my doctors check Dr. Yan insisted that I have bunch of chronic diseases that she could see it with her naked eye. I didnt like the answers that I was given and demanded to talk to Dr. Yan and explained that its an emergency. She called me after several hours. I asked her if I got this serious treatment for nothing, because my analyses were fine. After that SHE SAID THAT MY ANALYSES ARE NOT FINE AND SOME CULTURE WAS FOUND AND I NEED TO COME TO HER OFFICE FOR A CHECK AGAIN. I was shocked with their not professional work. Receptionist tells me one thing, DR says something completely different. She never told me what culture I had because it was confidential. I decided to go to the office in person and get all the answers on my questions. I left my work early and went to their office to pick up analyses. Dr. wasnt there. Though on the phone they promised that she will talk to me about my analyses. When I came in, there was only the receptionist who gave me that paper and said: "Here we go". I asked to explain if AM I SICK OR NOT? I am not a doctor and I dont understand all the numbers there. The receptionist said that Dr. checked my analyses and they are all good. I asked for explanation. I heard so many results "YOU ARE HEALTHY", "YOU ARE NOT HEALTHY AND YOU NEED A FOLLOW UP". The receptionist was just smiling when I demanded explanation. Then some random Chinese man came in (He didnt look like an employee of the office and probably was Dr. Yans relative, husband may be) he told me that he never saw me in the office and that I need to leave now. I was like "EXCUSE ME??" I am the patient here, I pay money and you never spent a minute to explain me what is going on. I left in tears from there, I was deeply offended, mistreated. I got no apologies, the treatment which I didnt need and huge bills! Please do not go there!

My wife and I chose the office of Dr. Yan and Dr. Yu because they had two locations, one in Rockville and one in Fairfax, and felt that the location flexibility would be more convenient for us. We went for a number of months before a number of issues caused us to find another provider. I strongly encourage anyone who things about using this doctor to reconsider. As some of the other reviews note, Dr. Yan has no bedside manner. She is terse and can seem quite rude. Though a little less rude, Dr. Yu is still patronizing and his patient care leaves much to be desired. The Rockville office was mostly well kept, though when we traveled to the Fairfax office, I found it to be dirty and unkept. When visiting the other location, I called first to ensure that our medical records would be sent to the other office. Though I was assured that they would be, when we arrived at the other office, our medical records were not there. Weeks later, when my wife had a question for the doctor, we called the office and were told that the doctor was with a patient and would return our call shortly. After calling a second time, we were agian assured that our call would be returned. That call never came. We went to our next appointment a few days later and when asked about not returning our calls, Dr. Yan just tried to change the subject. Among the issues we noted, some were small in nature, but I could in no way reconcile using a doctor who did not bother to return the calls of a patient in need. Once again, I urge you to avoid these doctors and find better care with another office.

Horrible office all the reviews online are accurate. Be prepare to wait for 2 hours or more. The staff doesnt communicate that they are backed up. Other patients just walk out. Place is a joke from the idiot doctor to the uneducated receptionist. She had a stupid uneducated grin the entire time. Should be called IdiotsRUS

The cold and rude service is only the beginning. Dianna Yan is condescending and always too busy for you. She also orders lab tests without permission, which results in large unexpected lab bills. Avoid this rude and unprofessional place at all costs.

Very unprofessional , she dint answer me completely and rushed to see another patient. I was not at all satisfied the way she treated. I suggest not to go to this place.
