I had an eye exam at this office on 4/8/13. At chechout the receptionist, the doctors wife, charged my debit card for $295 instead of $195 (copay $35+contact fitting $60+2 boxes of contacts $50 each) I also asked the lady how much it will be for 2 boxes of contact lenses, she said $50 each. I told her this is a much much higher price that I ever payed for the same product. When I got home I started calculating and realized the overcharge, plus went on several very popular webpages and noted that the contacts she charged me $50 are $20 max. Then I called her back and she admited to the $100 overcharge.Then when I told her about the online prices for the contacts she started mumbling and offered it to me for $30 each. When I asked her how come the prices change every minute, she said she needs a profit to, and denined to cancel my order. The next day when I checked my bank account the promised refund still wasnt done.

The most thoughtful and thorough eye doctor I have ever seen. It is literally a mom and pop and the mom is a dynamo and genius at picking frames that look good on you. Sometimes the waits are long and a bit unpredictable and you dont get cut-rate pricing but I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else, its all well worth it.
