Love Titalbaum! He is very helpful and great at what he does, went here as a child. However, the reason I stopped going was the incredibly rude, unhelpful front desk woman. She is ultimately nasty every time I went in in just basic conversation if you had a problem it would be like fighting with a child. No customer Service skills, it is sad and disappointing she has remained there as a miserable fixture.
