Bay Pines was loud and overcrowded, probably because of the vacation season. Too many large barking dogs kept in wire enclosures.... My dogs were nervous and acted scared for days after. One had puncture wounds on her face, one big one that still bothers her 3 months later. The people were nice and it was clean, but it was a scary place to put your pet. The boarding place I use in my state has rooms for the dogs and they are always happy and relaxed when I pick them up. It is less expensive, too. I took my dogs out early and wouldnt consider going back.

When I picked my dog up from a ten day stay at Bay Pines Boarding and Grooming, she was clean...obviously had had a bath with nails clipped and seemed very relaxed as well as being physically well cared for.
