Terrible! Dr. Murr himself is kind and really seems to care about his patients. However, his office staff lack a great deal of work ethic and care for patients. Ive received misinformation, my orders have been back ordered and nobody bothered to let me know, and most recently, I received my expired prescription in person and through an email. When I bring it to the attention of the staff member in the office, I get, "Well were all human". Seriously? I over looked the first two; however, after the third one Im done!
