Worst Place to go for medical care. The doctor was RUDE Disrespectful. She had an ATTITUDE as soon as She walked in the room. SHE did NOT even give the patient a chance to describe their symptoms. She acted as if She did NOT BELIEVE THE PATIENT. She was basing her treatment plan from old medical records and NOT the current medical records. When I pointed this out, I was dismissed. SHe just did not care and No Compassion. I dont understand why she is allowed to be a Doctor.

Walked in at 11:59 on a Saturday and stood there dor a minute and the check in lady was walking out with her purse and bag and preceeded to tell me the close at noon. I looked at my phone and it just changed to 12. The lady at the check in for emergency asked her if yhe lab lady was still there and she said no and the xheck in lady said to go to 19 and garfield that ahe thinks they are open till 230. They should have sat out front till 12 not in the back

Very little wait time. Front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The nurse (Wendy) and the doctor (Dr. Shah) were very attentive, asking clarifying questions as I described my situation and its background. The doctor explained his assessment and recommendations in laymens terms. Im confident he came to an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. If not, I was told when and how to follow up.

Walk in clinic provided care, when my physicians office was closed. Estimated 2 hours wait, less than 1 hour total, including prescriptions filled on site. I will follow up with my primary care on Monday. Thank you H.F.H. and staff. I would have endured my injury an additional 48 hours, without your services today.

After going to see the allergy specialist. I was send to the ER to wait for Blood work. During thus time maintenance comes in to clean the ceiling fixtures while patients were waiting for blood work. Like really do that dusty mess hen patients arent arms length away. Totally distrusted & annoyed..

Best doctors and fanominal thorough and most caring people I have ever met, and I have m.s. brain tumor and several other conditions, so hfmc is absolutely the best place to actually be treated like a person, (not a number) best decision I have ever made.

Went to the ER here and the nurses were very rude. One kept on chewing gum while she was talking to us and when going back for xrays they were extremely aggressive and mean. Did not feel that the environment was professional at all.

I love this hospital I will choose it over Beaumont and St. John all day. They have VIP service X-ray at ur beds no waiting on lobby they kept checking on me every min. I love them
