If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They cannot get their act together here then have the nerve to get snooty at me for their mistakes. 3 times now, they have messed up my appointment. The first one was scheduled on the wrong day. The second one, I got there on time and waited 42 mins before I complained. It turns out, the front desk failed to tell the nurses I was there. Third one, they failed to let me know that there was an exact period of time I had to wait. Im talking even 20 mins early wasnt allowed. Information that would have been nice when I called about the appointment. Each of these times, I called ahead and asked questions about scheduling due to my busy schedule. I will be changing offices from this point on. If they can screw up such a basic thing as scheduling this spectacularly, I would not trust them with my health issues.

My doctors is great, he runs a little behind sometimes however thats ok with me, he talks and makes you feel relaxed and like your part of the family. Today I was in the office and a young woman came in with a very bad attitude and started being not so nice to the receptionist(Ruby), Ruby took a little verbal abuse from this woman, however the Ruby kept her cool, and handled the situation beautifully. Coming from the service industry myself I know how it is dealing with unhappy people. Sometimes you have to smile and move on. Ive been coming here at least 10 years and they always have greeted me with a smile. Keep up the good work. Dr. Perez the Allison, Joanne and Nancy.........and the list goes on. I used to live and work in Troy, now I go out of my way for their great service. Thanks

If you want you and your family to be treated like a dollar sign, this is the place for you. Its truly appalling how the "wellness" industry has become solely about the bottom line, and caring for patients as actual human beings is a complete afterthought. This has been evidenced over and over and over again here at Henry Ford in Troy since my family started going here almost two years ago. Time to find a practitioner that actually cares about family.

Most incompetent and unorganized place ever. I have been receiving the exact same script for several years. I called for a refill and was told that it would be complete withing 48 hours. 11 days later I finally got it sorted out. It was purely from lack of organization and the staff being stupid. Not exactly something you want to happen for a reverse tolerance anti anxiety medication

Went to henry Ford troy medical center for annual physical. First time i am going to henry ford troy center. They used wrong codes and charged lab work for physicals. Contacted hospital staff about this, they are OK responded immediately but billing department they will not listen what you are saying. Finally I am paying money. I will not recommend this hospital at all.

I made an appointment for a particular date and time as a brand new patient to that location. I looked in My Chart two days later to find they had not only the date and time wrong, but they had me scheduled for a doctor I had never heard of. This is the most incompetent of all the location I have visited. I will never go to this location.

I went for an appointment in August, the doctor ordered 2 prescriptions that my insurance would not cover. I waited a month to get a prescription written that my insurance would cover. The other prescription I never received. Ive call the provider, the supervisor, Care Experience, & even the hospital. Most dont even return my calls.

Laboratory attendant extremely rude with an attitude when my mother who doesnt speak that much English if she should wait in a certain spot for lab work .. she replied with an attitude there are people ahead of you ... how disgusting and unprofessional medical staff.. not to mention the longest waits over I have experienced so far

Flew in from out of town because my insurance is only covered in Michigan and made an appt to see a womens health doctor at this location, only for them to call me 20 minutes before my appointment to say it was cancelled on the day I was returning home. So unprofessional!!!! Wish there was an option to rate a ZERO!

Have been waiting for an hour. 6 people who arrived after me have been seen. Finally complained and only got attitude from desk staff. Still waiting. Will be finding a new specialist asap.
