Berkley Dialysis on 11 Mile I. Michigan is below standards. Nursing staff does not accurately document and you treatment is wrong that can cause damage or potential death. Staffing is low due to numerous call in, and nurse in charge stays behind a glass case while some staff sneaks out the door and patients are left alone for hours. Mandatory Against Medical Advice not completed due to patient explaining the refusal is due to continuously arriving for treatment and has to wait at least 20 minutes to receive treatment for no reason. No team work among staff. Supervisor contacted but never appear at site which would resolve some of the issues.

Extremely long waiting for simple diagnostics. They hardly ever do ct scans and ekgs anymore. Idk what happen to this place use to be the best hospital. Now it takes 2 hours to see a doctor that looks at you like your mentally retarded and then send you home with out any testing of any kind. I have seen st johns do better and i dont even like st johns. Also staff isnt forced to go through medal detectors which i find to be a breach in security. If what happened in San Bernardino was to ever happen here they would be as guilty as the culprit they help let in.
