It seems they are always overbooked here, and if you have a visit that is not routine and quick, you can tell there is a lot of discomfort for the vets. The Vet that helped me was in such a hurry, she actually told me she had to leave the room to check on some test for me, but actually went to another appointment without answering all of my questions. Since they always seem to be in a rush, you end up feeling a lot more like a number and less like a human being with a pet they care about. My cat was actually improperly diagnosed here, which I feel happened since only a glance was taken at her test results. If youre looking at going here because of the location, I recommend instead going to Southview Animal Hospital, it isnt far away and since I switched and started going there I am much more satisfied.

Dr. Rahimi and her staff are both caring and supportive of both my pet and myself. Whether discussing routine care or having to make very difficult decisions, they continue to be incredibly patient with all my questions. I never feel rushed or that there is something else more important to do. I appreciate their up to date technology in coordination with their common sense approach to pet care. No matter the pet care issue, I am presented with several options and am encourages to make a decision that works for my pet and myself. I have used several vets over my 55 years, bet since I have found Blackberry Veterinary care, there is nowhere else I would choose to go. They are great!

Very disappointed with the service my puppy and I received while visiting this vet. The owner Cathy was VERY rude and condescending when I asked for clarification on the possible diagnosis my pup received. There was no care or compassion for how I felt or how my pups well being was. The receptionist from the day before thought it was appropriate to take a personal call while in the middle of "helping" me that drug on for more than 10 mins. I would suggest finding a different vet to spend your hard earned money at, this clinic has no idea what customer service or what care and compassion look like.

We have been taking our dogs to Blackberry for the past year and couldnt be happier. Every member of their staff is always friendly and caring, not only towards our dogs but also towards us! They remember you by name showing their great relationships with their clients. We have always been very pleased with our experiences at Blackberry and will always continue taking our dogs there!

I live in Cottage Grove but choose to go to Inver Grove for my vet needs at Blackberry Veterinarian. The prices are much more reasonable, the staff is super friendly and the doctors are great. I love Blackberry and so do my cats !!
