Worst experience Ive ever had... Dr. AGUILAR and her nurses are very incompetent... I went there 6 month ago because I was Ill with bronchitis and she was afraid to see me... I gave her and her nurses info of other doctors that I have seen and she was supposed to get my records from them... During that time I had tried to make contact with her or her nurses and every time was told that I had to wait for the 6 month scheduled time and was not able to see her any earlier... even if I became ill again... today I went in because I got Bells Palsy and she tried to prescribe a steroid that I explained made me very ill and that it didnt cure me in the pass... she became very snobby and tried to push it on me regardless how it made me feel without suggesting another format of medication that would or could help. Then started asking me questions about other medications that I didnt take, but was in her records as I did... When I questioned it... they were records from the other doctors that she was supposed to get records from and didnt inform me of the results nor medication I was supposed to take... then try to say I gave her this information, which was news to me... When I explained that I never told her any of this... she became irate and defensive... my wife, whom never gets upset... at that point knew the doctor was making up stories to try and cover up their own mistakes... we both just got up and walked out on her... Dr. AGUILAR AND HER STAFF are very unorganized and unprofessional... I will no longer see this person... Im very disappointed.

I dont really come on here and share my thought much. But I just have to ask... Does it seem right that when you go to your Doctor and inform him that a medication he has prescribed you is not helping you. But another medication that you found that is helping and you would like to take instead. Your Doctors response shouldnt be, "We dont issue that. You cant get it. What do you want me to do?" You are my Doctor! I want you to listen to what I am telling you is and is not working for me. I want you to help me! Only to to be told again that you will not get the medication that has helped you for years in the past and proven to work. Instead you will continue to receive the same medication that does not help, that has deteriorated your physical health and has given you no benefit. And when asked why, you are given no good reason. No reason that is worth your continued diminishing health. Even asking for a script so you can purchase it with your own money, again no! They will prescribe you stronger, harsh medication. But not the first line treatment that is standard for countless others! Maybe its just me. But I dont feel like this right or fair be have to deal with this from your VA Hospital who is suppose to provide you with all care and treatment for the conditions that you have developed while serving your country. Am I wrong?

hope the accountability act kicks in real quick with this place. union workers are proven not compatible with veterans. this place is proof. record everything they say. they like to accuse rather than diagnosis . front desk staff treats u like second hand citizens, such as social security loafers. doctors are more employee related than medical related as finding any conditions they may result the va spending more time and money. had a doctor almost 8 years as never recommended me therapy in this clinic.. P.S MY DOCTOR NEEDS TO GO.....

Doctors at the VA are licensed to prescribe only what the VA has contracted for. They are NOT able to write scripts for medications available outside of the VA system. If there are problems with obtaining scripts that the VA cannot contractually prescribe, use your Medicare! The VA system in Southern Nevada is terrific! Best medical care I have ever received in my 40 years living in Las Vegas.

New Lab check in system, moved or laid off 1 lab worker, at N Rancho clinic. on 5/11/17 i arrive at the clinic at 1:00pm in the afternoon and there is still 25 people waiting for blood tests (they must be real hungry from fasting starting the day before) Left because I did not have time to wait that long. today 5/18/17 about 17 people waiting on tests at 1:00pm. I left. Rich

They have given my dad, a veteran of 30 years, the best care I could ask for. Thank you so much for all you have done and continue to do for him. This military brat GREATLY appreciates you!

As far as a VA clinic the are as good as it gets, they are helpful and friendly. They can get busy but never as much as a civilian sector quick care, this veteran appreciates there service.

I made an appointment to see a doctor. I only have to wait 3 months. We give better health care treatment to our enemies.
