Arrived at 12:31pm for a 12:30 appointment and you would have thought the world had ended. Was told that because I hadnt filled out new patient paperwork (that I never received via email) and because my "appointment was for 12:30" that Id have to be rescheduled (I opted to find someone else instead). Receptionist stated she hadnt contacted me about same because she "didnt have my phone number". For all I know the doctors are great, and this place may work for you if you have time to nag and follow up. Otherwise, chiropractors are everywhere and it isnt hard to find a place with more patient-centeted intake practices.

Terrible place to go. Did not particularly care what my issues were and did not care if my conditions changed. Herd you into the small back room, crack crack and get you out as quick as possible. Send you a bill for 300 and change for the 10-15 min joke of a visit. I hope that nobody subjects their self to this place.

Very friendly staff, next to no wait time and they explain every step of the procedures to be performed. Excellent first time experience.
