This place has the worst customer service ever, and what to say about the doctors. Well, the pediatrican who was seeing my baby boy recommended not to wash his penus, I thought that was weird so I took him to a new doctor who said that not washing would have caused an infection. Two weeks ago, my mother went there because she had stomach issues for two weeks, she told them the stool was very dark, and get this she even took a sample for them to see. The so called doctor didnt even bother to run a test , she said it was a virus and told my mom to go home and wait unti it went away. As it happens a real doctor discovered that my mom had intestinal bleeding ulcers that could have kille her. my advice DO NOT GO to the Jewish Renaissance Medical Center!!!

I have been going there since June 2014. Today is the worst experience Ive ever had there I have some paperwork that needs to be filled out. My Doctor Islam Mohammed. Always give me a hard time filling out paperwork, I am disabled And there is paperwork that need to be filled out and he always giving me a hard time which takes longer and longer to get what I need. Well today is the day will be my last day there Im no longer going there and I suggest anyone that go there do not go there and deal with that Doctor Islam Muhammad.

The doctors Dont know what there DOING!! Or talking about!! Very on professional!! This is one of the worse places Ive ever been too!! You have to wait hours to be seen! I will never go here again and remedy no body ever go here ! The workers are rude with attitude dont show that they care about you take there time talking and doing what they want before they take you in also never answer the PHONEs!! This place is just a disaster!!!

The service and professionalism is horrible. Some of the people who works there are just there to get paid. The wait when you going to see a doctor is excessively long I will say more that an 1 or two. I guess people, specially Hispanic have no choice but to deal with this kind of service. I really cant deal with this. Waiting inside a room for a whole hours with kids specially is extremely upsetting!!!

The wrose place ever to go,, dont call because they never pick up or call you back when u calling,, u will die messing with this place I pray the shut it down really very very unprofessional , none of them like to work in the back or upstairs, , the only good ppl in there are the ones that take medical insurance information, , other that that its a death trap I almost die there 2 times

One people, one heart! Yea right. Worst medical center ever! Workers are careless about patients and they always seem lazy. They never smile, its like you did something wrong to them. Whenever I call them they never pick up, theyre always "unavailable." I do not recommend this place to anyone!

This place is horrible. Ive never had a pleasant experience when I did go there. The girls behind the desks are lazy and rude and you might as well show up 2 hours after your scheduled appointment since thats how long you wait :) unprofessional to say the least.

Horrible pharmacy! Horrible staff! Very unprofessional. will do or say anything to get your money.. Then when you want to be reimbursed they make you go through a long process. However they took my money fast. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
