I live in Durham, and have brought both of my dogs to see Dr. Banker for dental care over the years. The entire team at Sedgefield is friendly, warm, and extremely helpful. The front staff are kind and professional, the nurses and techs are caring and insightful, and I know my dogs dental health could be in no better hands than Dr. Bankers. During consultations before procedures, he provides a very clear assessment, diagnosis, and rationale for the plan moving forward, and answers all questions I have. During the procedure itself, the nurse will kindly call me, and let me know everything is going fine. (Of course, its always a welcome relief to hear this, and I really appreciate this courtesy.) In follow-up meetings after procedures, Dr. Banker clearly explains what was done, provides helpful photos, and again, answers all questions. Honestly, I dont often write online reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this case, because my experiences at Sedgefield have been so overwhelmingly positive. Its an understatement to say, these folks are total pros. I feel fortunate to live so close (only ~ an hour away). Thank you, Sedgefield team, for all that you do, to provide such friendly and expert care!!

Exceeded my expectations simply put. Took our "Kota" to her vet of ten years in Hickory, NC. He basically blew us off as an old dog when her diet slow to almost nothing after 3 visits. Thinking it may be a tooth problem I contacted Dr. Bankers office and was able to get her in for an evaluation. What I witnessed was a very caring facility over all with an emphasis on professionalism. Dr. Banker gave "Kota" the most complete exam I have witnessed. Mouth, Teeth, Eyes, Ears, every inch of her body including vitals. One visit to Dr. Banker and he properly identified the problem we were facing. It was not a pleasant diagnosis but we knew what was wrong. Ill continue to use his facility and staff. Making the 80 drive is a small price to pay for a complete exam and caring for your pet the way you want them cared for.

We love Sedgefield and have been with Dr. Banker and Dr. Brooke for over 2 years. They take wonderful care of our fur kids. I love chatting with Mary, Emily and Tiana when I bring the pets in. They always do a wonderful job of keeping us on track with follow-up calls, reminders and mailers. Not to mention the bonus deals when you buy 6 months worth of heartworm/flea/tick prevention. The office and exam rooms are always super clean and all of the staff are wonderful with my animals and you can tell that everyone really loves what they do!

We have had our pets through the past 30 plus years with Dr. Banker, Mary , Dr. Brooke and their wonderful staff at SEDGEFIELD ANIMAL HOSPITAL . Would never go anyplace else. The care and attention they always give to our pets, is wonderful and you dont find this quality of care and love just anyplace.. So...would we even try anyone else? Not hardly!

I have taken my crew to Sedgefield Animal Hospital and Dental Center since I got my first cat over 10 years ago. My dogs love to go here and are always eager to get in the door. I have also taken my foster dogs here as well because I know they will get the best care. I would not even think to go somewhere else. They are a great staff!!

Fantastic customer service, the BEST care. They not only remember you but your pet by name. The best experience I have ever had. We will not be going anywhere else. Even though this is a bit far from my house, the staff, doctors and facilities are one of a kind awesome. Love this place.

This is the place I would go if I were a beloved pet. These people are so caring and knowledgeable. They treat your pets, love them, play with them and even throw them birthday parties!! My dog thinks this is her second home and family. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.

Awful quality of animal care. Their dog daycare/ boarding consists of the dog spending 90%+ of their time in a cement and wire pen.
