I copied my review of Noahs Ark Animal Clinic here because they are the same place, I guess they are trying to change the name of the place to loose some of the bad press but unfortunately it is under the same management and as miserable as ever for the animals. "My cat went in for teeth cleaning and received an infection from which he died. I blame the unsanitary conditions that exist the Colerain Animal Clinic aka Noahs Ark. A name change has done nothing for the conditions the animals must endure when there. The cat got so sick he needed to be put to sleep. The vet walked in and stuck a needle in the cat and it was that quick, he was gone. There was no warning as to what was going to happen or even what they were doing! The only reason we went there in the first place was because it was cheap and supposed to be a minimal risk procedure. The price is cheap but isnt your pet worth spending more on quality care and compassion? We will never deal with Colerain Animal Clinic aka Noahs Ark again, not even for a simple shot. This same visit I was there a young child was stuck in the face with a needle from a vet tech that was giving a dog a rabies shot. "
